Do This If You Want to Reach As Many Leaders As Possible (5 Awareness Stages in the Customer Journey) 1. Unaware (60%) Most leaders face burning pains like: • Employees resisting change • Constant conflicts within teams • High turnover rates But here’s the catch: Most of them don't even realize what the real problem is. Pain is the effect, and Problem is the cause. Your job? Start your headline with their pain point, then educate them about the real problem. 2. Problem Aware (20%) Leaders at this stage know they have problems. But they don’t know how to fix it. Your job? Start your headline with their problems, then highlight the worst consequences of not solving it And present them the solution. 3. Solution Aware (17%) Leaders at this stage are looking for solutions They’ve done their research and understand the options. Your job? Start your headline with the solution. Make it clear how important it is to their goals Associate it with the dream outcome. Make them desperate for the solution. Then position your offer as a solution. 4. Product Aware These leaders know about your offer But haven’t fully committed yet. They’re comparing options and looking for the best fit. Your job? Communicate the immense value of your offer. Answer the "What's in it for me?" question. 5. Most Aware These leaders are almost ready to buy. Your coaching is on their shortlist, but they need one last push. Your job? • Build urgency and trust. • Share success stories • engage in conversation and give them a strong reason to act now Conclusion: It’s not a one-size-fits-all. Leaders in different stages need different content. Tailor your content based on the proportion of leaders in each stage to make the biggest impact. If you only focus on the solution and your offer, you’ll miss out on the majority of leaders. So, don’t start by selling your coaching. Start by meeting them where they are. Speak to their pain, educate them, and guide them through the journey of changing their lives --- If you're a leadership coach ready to sign more leaders on LinkedIn I've created a free email course, just for you! Posting motivational quotes has nothing to do with your expertise. Sure, it can get you tons of engagement. But let’s be real—Does it bring you buyers? Nah... I've seen it happen over and over again—for myself and for others. In case you just post them occasionally, no problem. But if you post them every day but still want clients, you have a problem. Remember: Engagement ≠ Sales. Why? 1. Content that aims for engagement attracts the general public. → And most of them aren’t buyers. 2. It lacks depth to showcase your expertise. → Without depth, there’s no trust. No credibility. No real authority. Think about it. It’s like reading a book vs. just reading the summary. A summary might give you a quick skim about the content. But do you take action based on it? Not really. Unless you read the whole book That clearly communicates WHY you should take action Plus, lay out the step-by-step process. So? You take action, and change your life. That's the real definition of value Which the summary version doesn't give you. The same goes for content. People might like, comment, or even share your post because you give them a dopamine hit. But to get them to buy? You definitely need more depth. Create content that: • Solve their problems. • Satisfy their desires. • Make their life easier. Without a strong WHY, people don’t take action. And if they don’t take action? Your content—no matter how “engaging”—brought zero value. Because real value = same condition, different behavior. Your content should change their behavior so they can get better results. That’s when it actually matters. But here’s the tradeoff: When you stop creating content for everyone, engagement will drop. ❌ Non-buyers will find your content "too long" and skip it. ❌ Some might read it but feel nothing. But guess what? ✅ You start attracting your dream buyers. ✅ They’ll resonate deeply with it. ✅ They’ll trust you enough to buy. Because your content speaks directly to them—in insane detail. Detail ≠ Redundancy. Make it as detailed as needed—but not redundant. That’s how you attract serious buyers, not just casual engagement. --- If you're a leadership coach ready to sign more leader client from LinkedIn I've created a free email course just for you! Never Run Out of Content Ideas Again The secret? Build a system to capture them! Ideas can hit you anytime: • While you work. • While you walk. • Even in the shower. Literally every moment of your life. But here’s the problem… They fade in seconds. The solution? Capture them. Use a simple note-taking app or a dedicated system It doesn’t matter. What matters is writing them down before they disappear. Here’s a big tip (that you already know): → Use ChatGPT to spark ideas. ChatGPT doesn’t just generate ideas—it also triggers your memory. Here's why: In a ChatGPT response, certain words act as retrieval cues—they trigger your existing memories related to that word. Here's the thing: Ideas come from what you already know. So if you want more ideas, there’s one thing you can do: Learn more. More knowledge = More creativity. --- If you're a leadership coach ready to sign more leaders on LinkedIn. You want to attract leaders but you're posting content randomly? (For Leadership Coaches) It's the fastest way to waste your time and effort. If you've just started, keep posting. Because repetition is the key to get better in the first stage But if you've been posting for 3-4 months without clarity? you're shooting in the dark. Sometimes you’ll hit. Most of the time, you’ll miss. Same with LinkedIn. Occasionally, your post will reach your target audience. Most of the time, it won’t. That's why we need clarity from the start. to consistently reach leaders and make sure your time and effort go to the right things. Here's how: 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏: 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 What's your focus? • Branding? • or Lead Generation (sign clients)? One of the biggest mistakes I see: Leadership coaches want clients but post brand-building content. Yes, it still works. But it takes much longer... Brand content attracts engagement While lead-gen content gets you clients. And as you know... Likes ain't cash! Choosing the right goal from the start prevents you from getting lost Wasted time and energy. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐: 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 To make the biggest impact. Your content should speak directly and ONLY to ONE type of audience. NOT everyone. Broad content dilutes your message and make it sound generic. Ask yourself: • Who's my ideal leader? • What problems ONLY they face? • What desires ONLY they have? • What challenges ONLY they struggle? • What questions ONLY they ask? Remember this: Not all leaders are the same Their challenges vary by department, role, and industry. For example, Sales leaders face different issues than CS leaders Because their fields demand different skill sets. Coaches who can speak to their unique pain points will get their attention. When your message resonates deeply, you win in that niche. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 You're clear on your goal You're clear on your target audience. But if your profile confuses them about what you do and who you help, they’ll walk away. A confused mind always leaves. Your profile should clearly communicate: • Who you are • Who you help • What problems you solve • What outcomes you deliver Nothing else. I once saw a leadership coach talk so much about her yoga background that I thought she was a yoga instructor for leaders. Turns out, she was a leadership coach. 🤣 Here's what you can (and should) do: Define the direction before moving. It takes time in the short-term, but saves you a lot of time in the long run. Killer Content Structure that Gets Leaders to Sign Up for Your Coaching: (Most leadership coaches don’t even know this 👇) If you're trying to sign leader clients on LinkedIn... But your content isn’t bringing in buyers... Listen to me! Yes, you might have good engagement. But engagement ≠ clients. Here’s the truth: Most leaders (60%) are unaware of their problems. So when you promote your coaching—it makes no sense to them… Simply because they don’t see the value And they don’t buy what they don’t understand. So you miss 60% of leaders… That’s a big opportunity cost. Imagine trying to sell a water filter to someone who doesn’t think their water is contaminated. They won't care unless you educate them first. That’s why we need a clear content structure— lead them from unaware to ready to sign up. Here's it: 1. Hook with pain points or desire Most leaders have burning pain Such as: • Missed deadline • Low morale • Talents leaving But they don't know the causes If you speak to their pain points or desire, they will find it relatable and pay attention. 2. Describe the pain Leaders trust those who understand them. By describing their pain so well: • You make them feel heard. • You show deep empathy. • and You build unshakable trust. Think of it like when the doctor describes your symptoms... And you were like "Yes, Yes, Yes, It was me!" 3. Educate the problem Pain is the effect (e.g. nerve pain) Problem is the cause (e.g. neuropathy) Let them know the culprit behind their sleepless nights! 4. Agitate the problem Tell them the consequence of not solving it • Top talents leave • Loss of credibility and respect • Stuck in an endless cycle Fears drive behavior like incredible Take action before it's too late. 5. Present the solution Once they understand the burning problem Present them the solutions. Example (Poor Communication): • Install a feedback system. • Regular check-ins. • Train communication skills. Make them feel relief, that it can be solved So the solution suddenly became so valuable 6. Emphasize the solution Communicate the value of the solution How it can help them: • Grow their business • Build strong influence • Achieve personal fulfilment Sell the vacation, not the flight ticket Make them desperately want it 7. Show them HOW • Make it step-by-step • Articulate in-depth • Give some examples The goal? Showcase your expertise Let them know you're credible to coach them So when they need help, you're the first person that pops up in their mind Just win! (Fun fact: this content follows the exact structure I share with you) --- If you're a leadership coach who wants to sign leaders on LinkedIn I'd love to help you for free in exchange for a testimonial Send me a connection and we get to work!
Struggling to Stand Out as a Leadership Coach on LinkedIn? Here’s the Real Reason Why (and How to Fix It) I know LinkedIn can feel like a total black hole. You’re posting, engaging, and showing up… • But... no real traction. • No leads, • and definitely no booked calls. Meanwhile, other leadership coaches are landing high-paying clients effortlessly. So, what’s going wrong? It’s NOT your content. It’s NOT the algorithm. It is... Your niche!!! Many leadership coaches make the same mistake on LinkedIn: ❌ Trying to help ALL leaders with ALL challenges. ❌ Speaking to everyone, which means speaking to no one. ❌ Blending in with every other coach on LinkedIn And that’s why your audience scrolls past. Think about it... When decision-makers see vague messaging like: “I help you become a better leader.” …they move on. It’s too general. It doesn’t make any sense. But when they see: "I help first-time tech managers become confident, respected leaders in 90 days.” They stop. They relate. They see YOU as the go-to expert. If you want to attract high-paying clients on LinkedIn, you need to: ✅ Pick ONE ideal client (your dream avatar). ✅ Solve ONE pressing problem they deeply care about. ✅ Offer ONE clear solution that gets results. This makes your message crystal clear, builds instant trust, and makes decision-makers think, "This is exactly what I need!" So what happens when you do it right? • You become the OBVIOUS choice in your niche. • You compete with no one since there's only you. • You progress much faster when only focus on ONE thing. So what stopping you from doing it now? Worst case? Your LinkedIn stays the same as it was before! --- If you love this, you gonna love what I put together for you in the free email course: Here's the link: https://mediarises.com/eec
