Chasing reach kept me lonely.

Finding my people made me whole.

Last week, 70 people from 19 countries proved it.

This event was unique because it was:

Not a conference. 
Not a networking event. 
Not a sales pitch disguised as community.

A real gathering of people who give a damn about each other.

(and I finally understood what "community" actually means - the Link Up)

For months, I've seen on LinkedIn people:

Chasing impressions. 
Hoping the algorithm notices them. 
Wondering why the same faces keep showing up.

And look, I also get the same problem, but that is not the main point...

For me it is not about algo
It is about how I influence the people to get them thinking

And a great example of that is Jasmin

I watched him do something most "leaders" never figure out:

And I realized something uncomfortable:

If Jasmin never posted on LinkedIn, I probably wouldn't have either.

He helps people without asking for anything in return.

Not because it's good marketing. 
Not because he's building a personal brand.

In the age of AI, content is a game of context.

And if you know how to build it, you win.
(most people don't even know where to start)

Let me explain.

AI reads your context to create outputs.
But context isn't the same as topic.

Topic = what you write about
Context = who you are when you write it

Big difference.

Your content foundation needs 6 things:
→ Your business reality
→ Your audience's problems
→ Your personal story
→ Your voice and tone
→ Your past examples
→ Your proven methods

Without these, AI guesses.
With these, AI knows.

Once you set this up, everything gets easier.

You take one big idea.
Break it into smaller pieces.
Example: Newsletter → Video → Carousel → Infographic → Post

All sound like you.
All work for your audience.

But you need to understand this:

The outputs need to reflect YOUR story.

Not something you can find on Google.
Not someone else's framework.

Your unique view.
Your observations.
Your value.

Look, I don't think you need to chase the algorithm.
I don't think you need to copy other people's style.
You should be YOU.

AI is just here to help you move faster and test ideas quicker.

But to build trust, you have to give AI the right context first.

Also, LinkedIn is treating content differently now.
If your profile is about one thing and you post about something random, it won't work.

Stay in your lane and...
Ask yourself this question.

Are you creating content to build a business or to become an influencer?

Your answer changes everything.

I'm not writing you this as an expert.

I'm saying it as someone who made mistakes and learned from them.

That's how I keep improving.

I just hit a milestone that seemed impossible 2 years ago.

Last year I was working a 9-5.

There is one amazing thing about getting pitched constantly in the age of AI:

You get to see many openers. 
Some are terrible, but some are great - and you can leverage them.

How?

Simple: When you get pitched, you're in the buyer's shoes. 

You're thinking: "Is this worth my investment or just another BS sales pitch?"

That's when you learn human psychology and use it in your campaigns.

"But Sabahudin, I need lots of A/B testing!"

No, you don't. 
You just need a few that work great.

Here's how:

1. Find 2-3 favorite openers from people pitching you
2. Analyze why they work
3. Use them as inspiration for your campaigns

It took me almost 2 years to realize random acts of engagement don’t create clients - systems do.

You probably heard commenting is the ultimate hack for growth.

But nobody tells you how to do it strategically.

You leave comments, but you can't track replies or see who is engaging back under one dashboard.

It feels random, and you have no idea if it's actually working.

It's like going to a networking event, talking to 50 people, but not collecting a single business card. 

Lots of activity, zero follow-up.

After 2 years on LinkedIn, I can tell you this:

Random acts of engagement don't work.

Several factors are involved, and I want to highlight one reason in this post.

Poor HOOKS

People are likely to bounce if you share valuable content and your hook fails to convey the value beforehand.

It took 2 seconds for your hook to fail.
People don't read past bad hooks.
They scroll.

So that's why I create a workflow that reverse-engineers viral hooks weekly.

It finds posts with massive engagement.
Studies the patterns.
Then creates 10 hook options for my topic.

Not templates.
Pattern-based variations.

Best part?

Runs every Sunday automatically.
Fresh hooks ready for Monday.

But this is SO IMPORTANT TO MENTION:

This can't help you if you lack taste.

AI gives you options.
You need to know which one works.

Who has real influence?
What sounds authentic?
Which hook fits your voice?

That's human judgment.
And AI can't replace that.

Automate your process.
