I enjoy business tools (they come easily to me) but I know a people-first approach is the only way to ensure team buy-in and success. There’s no magic bullet. A tool or app alone isn’t going to solve anything by itself. I find the RIGHT systems, workflows, and tools for your business - based on data and more than a decade of experience - so you stop wasting time and get results. My background is largely being in operational roles within leadership development organizations. I spent 8 years with The Lions Pride where I grew from a few hours per week with a pre-revenue business to COO of a small but powerful team at a profitable coaching company. My systems and people skill set made me a valued Coach and Cohort group leader for our clients and I applied the same development principles to our own team members to great success. I’ve worked remotely for more than a decade and I have a deep understanding and passion for remote work and remote or hybrid teams. I’m ruined for an in-person office and I believe that results are more important than seat warming. I’m passionate about helping leaders shift to real success by leveraging flexible work and I would love the chance to explore this with you. When I’m not working I enjoy playing with knives and fire in my home kitchen and planning family adventures. I’m the proud mother of two boys who are entirely too smart for their ages and I’m the wife of a husband who is entirely too supportive. Thankfully the cat, Taco Velociraptor, is a girl.
