    5 steps to batch 30 days of content in 2 hours (most coaches and consultants miss #3) Consistency on LinkedIn is difficult with the wrong strategy. You’ll always be short of time with that. Don’t worry as I have a step-by-step guide you can use to batch 30 days of content in just 2 hours: Step 1: Block Time → Set aside 2 hours with no distractions. → It’s easier to stay focused when you have a set time frame. Step 2: Brainstorm Your Topics → I break it down into 4 categories: 1) Value Posts – Offer actionable tips and insights. 2) Authority Posts – Share your knowledge and positioning. 3) Offer Posts – Invite your audience to engage or work with you. 4) Story Posts – Build trust with real-life examples or client transformations. Pick 7-8 themes for each category, so you have a variety of content to pull from. Step 3: Write in Bulk → I write each post in under 5 minutes, no editing! → Just let the ideas flow. Pro Tip: Use bullet points or short sentences to keep posts easy to digest. Step 4: Schedule & Automate Use LinkedIn’s default scheduler to schedule posts in advance.             4 ways you can get leads now (most coaches and consultants overlook #3) Having the honor of getting leads directly to you isn’t as difficult as it seems. You just need to look at the right places. Leads are often lying right under your eyes! 1/ Your old followers/connections ↳ Open your connection/follower list. ↳ Reach out to everyone who’s your ICP. ↳ Don’t sell them stuff yet.                         What’s the No.1 enemy of Coaches? (yup, building a personal brand on LinkedIn) Talking about authenticity and motivation doesn’t build a personal brand alone. Here are 4 common pitfalls and the fixes that work: 1/ Lack of a uniform and unique voice Don’t blend in with generic advice. Fix: Define your coaching niche and talk like you talk to other people in real life. Your personality will allow you to be unique in everything you do here. 2/ Inconsistency posting 80% of Coaches haven’t even posted in a month. Fix: Create a content calendar and stick to a regular schedule. Start slow with 1 post per week and increase the reps gradually. If you’re not on top of their mind, you’ll be forgotten. 3/ Weak engagement strategy Posting without engaging is like selling in Antarctica Fix: Engage actively. Reply to every comment your post gets. Comment below top creators’ posts to get some eyeballs and grow your network through thoughtful questions. 4/ Missing a clear value proposition What’s your WHY?                           A few months ago, I couldn’t book a single meeting. Today, I’ve booked 41 meetings in 2.5 months.                           9 months wasted, 15 days changed everything. I got 30+ clients that way.
