I’m a purpose-driven CEO, strategist, and creative leader with a passion for infusing humanity and clarity into the complex worlds of sales, marketing, and fundraising. As an equal-parts creative and business mind, neither side dominates the other. Rather, they complement one another in powerful ways. This manifests itself in all of my work, as I merge my creative and technical inclinations with a deep fascination for customer impulses and journeys– what makes them buy, and how. Combining my design and production backgrounds with my affinity for business strategy and operations is what allows me to produce creative concepts that are uniquely out-of-the-box, yet practical enough to work. Currently, I’m most proud of the team I’m building, work we’re creating, and companies we’re helping shape at Notable: the niche B2B firm I founded seven years ago in a college dorm room, now with offices in Columbus and LA. In my work, I lead a team of digitally-native, creative problem solvers who are far more talented than me alone, bringing bold new ideas, solutions, and campaigns to fruition for our clients. The impetus behind everything I do is a genuine care for and love of humankind and their stories. The ability to use my creativity as a force for good, in any context, is what gets me out of bed in the morning. As a CEO of a professional services firm, I’m passionate about fostering an organizational culture that embraces our staff for their whole selves and places just as great of emphasis on personal fulfillment as professional growth.
