Claude is beating ChatGPT 💥 

Why is Claude better?

Now we know it: ChatGPT isn't the only capable AI on the market anymore.

Claude 3 is a generative AI LLM chat provided by Anthropic, a US startup.

🟣  It claims to be better than ChatGPT:

↳ very low hallucination rates
↳ more transparent security setup, which is great for business
↳ accurate over very long documents or chats.

🟣  So, is it actually better? 

And - how can we measure that?

There is a benchmark called LLM Chatbot Arena with 400k+ power users give their votes.

🟣  Claude 3 Opus is the # 1

As shown in the image below, you can see that Claude has dethroned ChatGPT from the first place on the LLM Chatbot Arena.

🟣  Is ChatGPT dead?

↳ No, Claude has still no internet access, weaker image generation and no custom GPTs.
↳ ChatGPT will get also a major update this year, according to rumors.
↳ At least in Europe Claude can not beat ChatGPT, because it is not even available to use.

Fully autonomous AI-based teams will soon be a reality.

DeepMind cofounder Mustafa Suleyman has now been hired as a CEO of Microsoft AI.

Last year he said: "My new Turing test would see if AI can make $1 million"

🟣  How is this possible?

👉 Building an autonomous company needs special AI agents.

These agents work like a smart system, powered by GPT / LLM technology, but can act on their own. 

You don't have to keep telling them what to do. Just give them a big task, and they'll handle the steps to complete it.

🟣  Meet Alice. 

Her job? To find and connect with potential customers (SDR). Give Alice some info about your business and what your customers are like. Then, she searches online for people or businesses to contact. She sends them custom messages, all by herself.

🟣  Alice isn't a real person. She is an AI agent.

She's a "digital worker" created by a company called 11x in London. 

The CEO of 11x, Hasan Sukkar, says Alice can do better than humans at turning leads into meetings.

He says it's not hard to outdo the average worker. 

Their customers are seeing great ROI. One customer replaced 10 salespeople (SDR) with Alice, and she's doing it all by herself.

On the other hand, the powerful AI models run not a zero cost and sometimes AI agents might "hallucinate", which makes it (yet) hard for an AI agent to outperform a top SDR salesperson.

A human top salesperson has genuine creativity and better ability to connect with people.

P.S. It looks like autonomous AI agents can already now outperform an average worker in some fields.

AI is just another hype

what is the actual impact of AI?

I often hear business leaders and key employees saying:

"AI is just a hype, it will pass like blockchain, web3 or other such trends".

I strongly disagree. Let me explain why.

Since the rise of LLMs and generative AI, we have entered a new era for two reasons:

1️⃣  Many business use cases are now possible which were impossible earlier, like an intelligent voice-chatbot that is almost indistinguishable from a real support agent. Let's call them AI use cases.

2️⃣  Practically every person at work can be much more productive using AI tools. This means we can produce faster, better results more efficiently. This creates massive labor productivity impact. Let's call it AI democratization.

But what is different? Why is it not just another new technology?

👉 It changes the way we communicate with computers and machines entirely.

"Talking with computers" was the domain of a small group of software engineers who developed computer-readable code. This was a huge bottle neck, so many applications could have not been developed  due to lack of such resources or of their high cost.

👉 It changes the way computers, machines and software communicate with each other entirely.

Embedded with Generative AI, any physical device, or a computer system can communicate with any other system easily because they now can "understand" their APIs or even can "talk" in a human language with each other.

This includes humanoid robots, they will be flexible and affordable now.

👉 It changes the way how all of us work. This is even more than the invention of computers and of the internet, because now it is not just can make same things faster and more comfortable to achieve, but with AI computers and other devices can generate and understand text, images, videos, audio.

❓ But how significant are these changes?

As for use cases, according to McKinsey, only a selection of some identified use cases will generate additional $4.4 trillion revenue annually, which is in the range of the entire GDP of Germarny.

As for labor productivity McKinsey predicts that up to 70% of worker's time will be freed up by AI, automating or augmenting some of their time-consuming tasks. This impact might be much higher than the impact of the use cases, see the picture below.

❓ But why don't we see these changes already now?

AI adoption is massive and go deep, it takes time. Soon, the competitive dynamics will force any business to take AI seriously.

Both dimensions—the emergence of new use cases and increased labor productivity due to AI democratization—are already on the rise.

P.S. AI is here to stay and it s just beginning to gain traction. It will have significant impact on all areas of our work and our lives.

🟣 Outcomes

According to Madeline Scholz from MJZ, the introduction of Mini has reduced the time required to plan, write, and publish articles by 75%. This efficiency gain underscores the potential of generative AI to inspire greater creativity, empathy, and operational efficiency in editorial practices.

Incredible productivity hack, you need to try this out.

Yesterday I tried this out and it really was a huge boost in my productivity:

↳ I've created an entirely new AI website from scratch
↳ Including copywriting
↳ Including all image generation
↳ consisting of 4 fully packed pages.

I've stumbled upon a video a few days ago from Ran Daris, CEO of the Flow Research Collective. 

He was telling about a scientifically backed method to compress a month's work into just 11 hours. He called it "One Month Day".

This technique is designed to achieve extreme results without leading to burnout, because it is limited just to one day in a month or in a week.

How is this possible?

Well, an average workers is productive for only 2.3 hours a day.

In a state of flow we can boost our productivity by up to 500%.

So, it means that an average worker has 44 productive hours a week.

And this can be compressed to 11 hours which can be done in one day.

How does it work? 👇 

1️⃣  Define the goal

↳  Choose a significant work goal that would normally take a month to accomplish

2️⃣  Clear the load

↳ Prepare by reducing physical and mental load before this day
↳ Ensure full recovery and focus for the day

3️⃣  Build a flow fortress

↳ Create an environment free from distractions
↳ Tell everyone you go offline and switch off your phone

4️⃣  Wake up and flow

↳ Start the day by immediately engaging in focused work
↳ Take advantage of the brain's primed state for flow
