Directed team of four video technicians by coordinating assignments, providing training, and producing film. Reduced coach’s waiting time for film after practice by 50%. Implemented new technology for internet video exchange within the Mountain West Conference shortening exchange workflow by 80%.

BYU Football Assistant Video Coordinator

Full stack development. Database administration. Site maintenance and analytics. Increased modularity and maintainability of site by implementing n-tiered architecture. Unified data, eliminated redundancy, and ensured data integrity with new database schema. Trained new developers in ASP.NET 2.0 with one-on-one instruction and video tutorials.

Fall semester internship. Set all-time school attendance record for women's volleyball game, developed and organized strategic weekly promotional activities, improved audience engagement through managing activities during sporting events.

Summer internship for Fortune 200 company working directly under an IT Director and IT Architect. Published white paper on Information Rights Management - reviewed by national research analyst from Forrester Research. Developed corporate five-year collaboration strategy with the collaboration architect. Automated portions of workflow and improved data presentation for IT governance meetings with SharePoint customizations.
