With over 8 years of experience in this field, I have funded over 1 billion of capital for projects in various sectors, such as SF/MF construction and permanent debt. I have also developed expertise in self directed IRA’s, as well as investing in SFR and private equity. I offer a unique perspective having been on both sides of debt and equity investments involving real estate and businesses, from an investor/developer standpoint and from a private lender's. My mission is to help builders, developers and real estate investors achieve their financial goals and create lasting value.
