•  Partner with hiring managers to develop specific recruiting goals, understand staffing issues/hiring needs and reduce staffing costs, while ensuring candidate quality and legal compliance.

•  Conduct phone screens in order to recommend highly-qualified candidates for interviews with business unit managers.

•  Review applications for employment, comparing qualifications and salary requests to posted requirements.  Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up to date information for compliance with state and federal employment law.

•  Perform related administrative aspects of the employment process including creating and posting job descriptions, pre-screening questions, interview guides, obtaining appropriate requisition approvals, and initiating pre-employment and on-boarding processes.

•  Partner with hiring and recruiting managers to develop a competitive offer of employment.  Create and present selected candidate with offer package.

•  Provide advice, consultation and recommendations to both candidates and hiring managers throughout every stage of the recruiting life cycle.

•  Continuously “close” qualified candidates thru each step of the process and work to drive offer acceptance while lowering candidate decline rate.

•	Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process within the HR Department for assigned divisions - AE (Automotive Electronics), ED (Electrical Drives), SG (Starters & Generators) and CC (Chassis Controls).
•	Positions recruited for include Automotive Hardware and Software Engineers, Controlling and Finance, Project Managers, Management-level, Sales & Account Managers, along with many others.
•	Lead job “kick-off” meetings with hiring managers in order to properly understand job duties, responsibilities and requirements while providing guidance and assistance for job posting purposes.
