Head of Digital Marketing

My primary focus is on developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

In my role, I lead a team that plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the business and delivering exceptional customer care. I have been instrumental in supporting the development and web management of our online e-learning platform and training program. Through these efforts, we successfully onboarded and engaged over 5000 learners, empowering them with valuable knowledge and skills in Children's Social Care.

With expertise in social media management and content creation, I have significantly enhanced The Care Leaders' digital presence and brand awareness.

Collaborating closely with our leadership team, I have successfully crafted communications and marketing strategies for prominent clients, including Suffolk County Council, where our efforts contributed to the successful launch of The Family Business, an apprentice program for care leavers.

Beyond my core responsibilities, I have actively participated in significant projects like The Care Leaders Fellowships, where I designed and facilitated marketing modules, contributing to empowering lived and professional leaders through a leadership program.

Digital Marketing Manager

As digital marketing executive for The Care Leaders, I have a key role with creating our social media and comms strategies. I am responsible for content creation, social media and launching digital campaigns.

Digital Marketing Executive

Dynamic Earth

A highly competent, motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant supporting the Marketing Director and team with general marketing activities, providing support with annual campaign and strategy. With a focus on the digital marketing for Dynamic Earth and building on our social media platforms.

Marketing Assistant

Providing full support to the  CEO at Dynamic Earth. 

Duties include: 
•	Screening calls, meet and greet CEO visitors 
•	Diary management, organising various meetings – Board, AGM, Accounts, Management & Insurance, and produce minutes 
•	Book travel and accommodation on behalf of CEO and other management when required
•	Provide office reception service, answer switchboard calls / enquiries
•	Administer daily incoming and outgoing mail 
•	Organise contracts for office photocopiers, telephones and mobile phones, correspond with the respective suppliers, organise maintenance checks and setting up new contracts 
•	Monitor and order stationary & IT supplies

PA & Office Manager 

PureMalt Products Ltd.

Working as part of a team and supporting the Company Directors, my role was responsible for the day-to-day tasks and administrative duties of the office including covering the reception area. As first point of contact I managed all customer follow up and feedback, compiling reports and updating internal databases. 

Duties included:
·	Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office.
·	Answering all incoming calls and manage mail.
·	Answering all email enquiries and distributing correspondents.
·	Typing documents, minuets and distributing memos.
·	Faxing, printing, photocopying, filing and scanning.
·	Organising business travel, itineraries, and accommodation for managers.
·	Assisting with international exhibitions, providing marketing material i.e. company brochures and USB sticks.
·	Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences.
·	Arrange refreshments for meetings.
·	Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
·	Responsible for purchase orders.
·	Raising of purchase orders and invoice tracking.
·	Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
·	Involvement in social media implementation.
·	Updating and maintaining company databases and CRM System.
·	Requesting quotes and negotiating prices, regarding courier services.
·	Obtaining customer forecasts and sales reports.
·	Use of MS Packages – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
