I am an Instructional Designer with over 5 years of experience. Highly skilled in Storyline 360 level 3; interactive design, video editing, screen casting tutorials and augmented reality. My academic background is a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I design learning experiences that are fun and engaging for all learners that will enable employees to successfully perform in their roles. In my spare time, I enjoy drawing, reading and other creative outlets to get up to speed with technology platforms. I am fortunate to have acted as a Cultural Proficiency Module II lead in 2018, which I believe was a great privilege. Worked collaboratively with subject matter experts and people at all levels of the organization to continually transform ideas into meaningful innovative materials. Created deliverables, such as slide decks, job aids and interactive games using programs like Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
