Core responsibilities-

• Collaborated and coordinated with different stakeholders across the globe to ensure the timely delivery of multiple publishing projects as per the determined schedules.

• Conducted in-depth research in different internal databases to find relevant data, using multiple filters from over 70,000 items and removed irregularities (duplicate/incomplete data) to make it ready to use.

• Researched news & data in the business & banking industry from a range of external sources to identify trends.

• Produced & proofread reference books and online content to ensure accuracy and compliance with publication guidelines.

• Operated a variety of tools to find, collect, organise, filter, & analyse data and led multiple continuous improvement projects to refine processes and enhance products.

Co-publications Project (June 2023 – Nov. 2023)

• Compiled & organised data from various sources to analyse the workflow of new titles from different publishers.
• Used MS Excel to clean & visualize data, allowing stakeholders to track the status of all projects and attain insights with ease.

Commissioning Project (July 2023 – Nov. 2023)

• Conducted business research to find potential authors & prepared a summary including competitor analysis.
• Prepared reports by analysing profiles of different institutes, departments, and academicians as part of commissioning research.

Internal Communications Team (Jan. 2023–)

• Worked with the Outreach team to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the company.
• Collected, compiled, and worked with a variety of data while ensuring data confidentiality.
• Successfully handled data collection initiatives from start to end.
• Worked with the Research team to collect data from various sources to generate relevant insights.

L&D Team (Oct. 2023–)

• Prioritized professional growth of 30+ people by launching new initiatives and collaborating with different stakeholders.
