I got rejected by Google. After 5 intense rounds for the Machine Learning SWE III role. After solving problems across Graphs, Heaps, DP & ML. Not because I didn’t know the topics, but because I made simple mistakes: 🔴 Choose Dijkstra instead of multi-source BFS 🔴 Missed an edge case in the heap implementation 🔴 Didn’t clarify requirements well before coding I called them “simple mistakes” because I had no idea I made them. I was in the flow, solving the problem, but after the interview… I realized that I had made a BIG mistake💔 And I know, it isn’t just me → Many techies don’t realize their mistakes & gaps until rejections. But you can save yourself from failures by connecting with an experienced engineer who’ll ensure you’re so thoroughly prepared, you won’t make any mistakes💯 Book a FREE call here - https://lnkd.in/gXUFEiam Now, how will they ensure this? Give me 1 minute, I will tell you → how to master DSA & grap 40+ LPA offers. From my experience pursuing a senior ML Engineer role, I’ve faced multiple interviews at top companies like Google, Amazon, and Prezent. Through these experiences, I’ve realized that mastering Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) is essential, but how you approach it matters even more. Many people talk about solving hundreds of LeetCode problems, but what often gets missed is the mindset and strategy behind it. Here’s what I learned that most people don’t emphasize enough: 1. Treat DSA problems like system design tasks — break them into components, consider edge cases, and optimize iteratively. 2. Just like in ML, analyze the problem thoroughly before coding. Visualize inputs and outputs, identify constraints, and map out an approach. 3. Articulating your reasoning clearly is as important as coding. Practice explaining your approach step-by-step to demonstrate structured thinking. 4. Start with a brute force solution, then iterate for better time and space complexity. This mirrors how I optimize ML models. 5. Every algorithm has trade-offs. Justify your choices based on constraints like speed, memory, or accuracy — a crucial skill in ML engineering too. 6. Practice timed mock interviews and review solutions to learn from mistakes and improve. 7. Graphs for recommendations, hashmaps for search — recognizing these connections makes DSA concepts more practical and memorable. 8. Senior ML roles often involve system design discussions. Complement DSA prep with system design exercises to be interview-ready. Mastering DSA isn’t just about solving problems — it’s about thinking systematically. Remember, structured answers show your skills, experience, and superiority over other candidates. Structuring an answer as per the top company standards needs preparation and guidance from experienced mentors. Funny how everything called smart needs so much hand-holding. Smartphones? Daily charge. Smartwatches? Same. Smart lights, smart bands, smart speakers... all brilliant — until the battery dips below 10%. That’s why this ad from Xiaomi India made me pause. Redmi Watch Move doesn’t try to out-tech anyone. It just stays on your wrist. 14-day battery. ₹1,999. Sometimes the smartest thing a device can do... is just work. #RedmiWatchMove #SmartWithoutStress #Xiaomi #BatteryLifeMatters #LowMaintenanceTech #collab

You know how most brand campaigns revolve around celebs? Big names, flashy visuals, the usual stuff. But this one by Scapia felt... different. Instead of doing another influencer collab or cricketer ad shoot, they actually gave their top customers a seat right behind the RCB team bus. Like — literally. From the team hotel to Chinnaswamy. That too, for every home match in Bengaluru. And for an RCB fan, that’s not just a ride. That’s everything. The chants, the goosebumps, the chaos on match day — it’s the stuff you usually watch from the outside. But now? You’re part of it. Honestly, this isn’t just good marketing. It’s good listening. Because they didn’t reward followers or hype, they rewarded real fans. More than cashback, more than offers — this feels personal. Setting a great benchmark for building consumer loved products. #LinkedIn #Marketing #Scapia #FinTech
Everything was perfect… until the Last round at LinkedIn . Recently, I went through the entire interview loop at LinkedIn for a Senior Data Scientist role. Everything was falling into place, then came the final round — Data Coding. The interviewer asked a classic stream sampling problem. And I’d never come across it before. Not in my prep. Not in real-world projects. Not even casually. I tried to reason through it but the silence in my head was louder than the question. It’s not just about what you know instead it’s about how broadly and deeply you’ve explored edge-case problems. It’s not always a complex ML system that trips you up.Sometimes, it’s a small algorithmic twist that no one warned you about. That moment cost me a dream offer but it also pushed me to rewire how I prepare and mentor others. Because one gap is all it takes. If you're aiming for top-tier roles, especially as a senior, then don’t just polish your portfolio. Simulate real-world, high-pressure rounds. Get your prep challenged by people who've been there. They know what topics to focus on and on what projects to work on. Their guidance can make a huge difference, especially for working professionals. So, one platform I would always recommend is Bosscoder Academy. Morning meeting in 10 minutes, and my breakfast? Cold, half-eaten toast. This wasn’t breakfast. This was survival. Back home, mornings meant the smell of fresh chai, garma-garam poha, and my mother reminding me to eat properly before stepping out. But here, in the rush of deadlines and endless calls, breakfast had become an afterthought. One day, after yet another morning of skipping breakfast, I found myself craving something warm, something that didn’t feel like just fuel for the day. That’s when I noticed a cozy corner at Chaayos. Out of habit, I ordered Indori Poha and Kadak Chai, not expecting much. But the first bite stopped me in my tracks. The taste, the warmth—it felt familiar. It felt like home. For a moment, I wasn’t rushing to my next call. I wasn’t thinking about deadlines. I was back at my childhood dining table, with my mother insisting I finish my poha before leaving. Since that day, breakfast hasn’t been just another task on my to-do list. It’s a moment of pause, a small reminder of home. And with Chaayos Breakfast Combos, it’s easier than ever. Whether it’s Poha and Chai, Podi Idli, or something light yet filling, there’s a combo for every mood. If you miss that ghar jaisa breakfast, you know where to find it. #morning #breakfast
I wasn’t supposed to be here. Not because I didn’t dream big. But because everything around me said I shouldn’t. - No fluent English. - No roadmap. - No LinkedIn playbook. But I wrote anyway. - Sometimes with fear. - Sometimes with hope. - Most times, just with honesty. And today, I’ve been awarded Top LinkedIn Creator of the Year✨ by Global Startup Summit. Not because I was the best. But because I didn’t wait to become one before I started. To anyone thinking “hmse na ho paayega…” You're right — until the day you decide to start. That day changes everything. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to begin. And keep showing up like your story deserves to be heard — because it does. Thanks Everyone for your support ♥️.

We interviewed a 26-year-old candidate yesterday with 15 months of employment gap. Me: Why do you have this gap in your resume? Did your employer lay you off? Him: No, I quit the job, because my father's health wasn't good and he was admitted to the hospital. I had to take care of him, so I relocated to my home city. Me : What happened to him? Is he alright, now? Him : He passed away few months back. I had left the job so that I can give all my time and create some good memories during his last days. I have no regrets that I left the job or because I have this employment gap. Without a second thought, the panel members decided to select him for the role. I said, "You're Selected. Congratulations on your new role!" Sometimes we need to listen and understand people, then judge them. Give a chance to justify always! I remember the struggle. Hours spent on LinkedIn… - Sending connection requests to HRs. - Waiting for replies that rarely came. - And when they did — “The role’s already filled.” It was exhausting. Not because I wasn’t capable — But because I didn’t have access. That’s why I am sharing a free list of HRs actively hiring 🎉. Shared it with a few friends — Some landed interviews in just days. Now it’s your turn. Here’s the list of HR’s contacts for almost all companies🔥: https://lnkd.in/gTe4HdyR Use it. Share it. Because one right contact can change everything Image credit: Tanmay Goel !! Last year, I was stuck. I had a good job title, decent salary, and 3+ years of ML experience. But every time I applied to roles in Generative AI or LLMs, I never made it past the screening round. Why? Because knowing theory isn’t enough anymore. Companies wanted hands-on experience with: - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - LangChain, LlamaIndex - Fine-tuning large language models - Building actual AI products And I hadn’t done any of that. I realized — if I wanted to make the switch, I had to bridge the industry gap. That’s when I found the course by Towards AI: “From Beginner to Advanced LLM Developer.” It felt like someone finally created a course for people like me: 📍 90+ lessons, 60+ hours of content 📍 Real-world projects (I built my own AI Tutor app) 📍 A Discord community of 70,000+ developers 📍 Tools used by top companies: OpenAI, Perplexity, Gradio, LlamaIndex 📍 And a certification that actually shows you’ve done the work After finishing the course, I updated my resume, showcased my projects, and interviews started flowing in. Within 2 months, I cracked a Generative AI Engineer role at a company I had dreamt of working for. That one course helped me shift from “I know this in theory” to “I can build this from scratch.” If you're also planning a switch or just want to build with LLMs confidently — Check this amazing course 🔥: https://lnkd.in/gRsrJ_bY Your next opportunity shouldn’t feel out of reach. This course makes sure it isn’t. #llm #python #jobswitch
Most people can’t stay away from their phones for 3 hours. Neha Byadwal stayed away for 3 YEARS. No scrolling. No reels. No distractions. Just discipline. Just a dream. She’s now one of India’s youngest female IAS officers, cracking UPSC 2021 with AIR 569. In a world where dopamine is one swipe away, Neha chose a different path — - Silence over noise. - Focus over FOMO. - Vision over validation. This is not just a story of success — It’s a reminder that sacrifices shape stories.
IIT Madras went from 85% to 73% 📉 IIT Bombay from 96% to 83% 😬 IIT Delhi fell below 73% 😮 IIT Kanpur isn’t far behind. The sharpest declines? IIT Jammu and IIT Dharwad dropped over 20%. Only IIT (BHU) Varanasi saw an uptick. Only 3 IITs kept placements above 90%.
Before laying off 70 employees, the CEO of a Bengaluru-based startup did something we rarely hear about. Instead of sending a cold email… He personally helped each and every one of them find a new job. Here’s what he didn’t do: - No mass “goodbye” emails - No access deactivation without notice - No vague HR calls And here’s what he did do: - Became a reference for all 70 - Reached out to his network personally - Made sure people landed safely before saying goodbye In fact, his success rate in placing his team: ✔️ Was higher than most recruiters ✔️ Better than LinkedIn Premium ✔️ Faster than any job board Because when leadership is backed with empathy, impact multiplies. If you're ever in a position where tough calls are needed, remember this: - Don’t just lay people off. - Help them move forward. - Lead with humanity. That’s the kind of CEO the world needs more of.
A few months ago, I was frustrated. I had watched every GenAI webinar, saved 100+ posts on LinkedIn, and bookmarked dozens of blogs on LLMs. But when it came to actually building something that worked end-to-end? I couldn’t connect the dots. There were too many tools, too many buzzwords — RAG, fine-tuning, LangChain, agents — but no clear roadmap. I just wanted something that explains how to go from “Okay, I know what LLMs are” to “Now I can actually build something useful with it — and maybe even deploy it.” That’s when I came across this book: “Building LLMs for Production” by Towards AI. - It wasn’t a quick read. - It’s 470 pages. But it’s one of the most practical and complete guides I’ve found on the topic. Written by a team of experienced engineers, it takes you from the basics of prompting to real-world production pipelines. Everything is hands-on, beginner-friendly (if you know Python), and actually useful in industry: 📍Clear breakdown of prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agents 📍How to use tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, and more 📍Real-world code, colab notebooks, and industry examples 📍A full roadmap to build production-ready LLM apps It doesn’t just teach you how to experiment with AI — it shows you how to ship. And that’s what made all the difference for me. If you’re a student, a developer, or someone trying to break into GenAI — this book gives you structure, confidence, and a real direction. You can check it out here 🔥: https://lnkd.in/gr4PY6US I even reached out to the author, Louis-François just to say thanks — and guess what? He’s now offering 50% off for all Indian students who genuinely want to learn👏 . If you’re interested, feel free to DM him directly. Thank you Louis for supporting the community. #llm #genai #jobs #book
