I wasnโt planning to post this today. But a random memory popped up โ of my first solo trip back in college. โน800 in my pocket, a printed map, and a room booked via OYO. No frills. But it was clean, safe, and easy to find. For a student trying to convince his parents he could โmanage on his own,โ that meant everything. Years later, I read more about the person behind it: Ritesh Agarwal . Dropped out. Slept in cyber cafรฉs. Hustled like crazy. And built OYO when he was barely out of his teens. People love to dissect the scale, the funding, the IPO plans. But Iโll always remember what mattered to me: I could explore new cities without worrying about where Iโd sleep. That's impact. So when I saw Razorpayโs shoutout tool, I figured โ hereโs my moment to say thank you. To Ritesh. And to all the builders solving unsexy, real problems. If someoneโs product ever made your life simpler, safer, or saner โ use this tool. It takes a minute. But it stays with them. Big love to Razorpay for making appreciation this easy. #BackingIndiasBoldest
โIโve worked at Qualcomm.โ โI have a degree from IISc.โ So obviously, my resume should get shortlisted everywhere, right? Thatโs what I believed too, until I faced 25+ rejections from top MNCs. No callbacks. No interviews. Just ghosted. I started applying in mid-November, super confident. But reality hit: Experience โ Shortlist ๐ Thatโs when I paused and reflected. And hereโs what I wish someone had told me earlier ๐ ๐ Lesson 1: Everyoneโs applying. You need a referral to stand out. Cold applications? Most never even get seen. ๐ Lesson 2: Itโs not what you did, itโs how you present it. You can have gold on your resume but if it's not structured right, no one notices. ๐ Lesson 3: MNCs follow strict resume formats. MAANG reviewers scan in seconds. One small mistake? Straight to the rejection pile. So what changed things for me? I stopped doing it all alone. ๐ I connected with mentors whoโve already cracked Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe. They helped me fix my resume, mock my interviews, and gave real feedback that nobody talks about online. And if you're trying to break into Data Science or Data Engineering like I wasโฆ Platforms like Bosscoder Academy make a HUGE difference. ๐ Check them out: https://bit.ly/3ZVa0zi Theyโve helped 800+ professionals land top Data Science roles through: โ 1:1 MAANG mentorship โ Hands-on project-based learning โ Resume, LinkedIn & mock interview prep โ Lifetime guidance till you land the job #tech #datascience #sponsoredpost #Qualcomm
I didnโt wake up one day and become an AI/ML Engineer. It took time, doubts, mistakes and a lot of patience. ๐ When I started my journey, nothing felt easy. I was unsure, confused, and honestly, overwhelmed. But the more I stuck with it, the more I realizedโฆ This is how everyone feels in the beginning. Fast forward to today Iโve worked as a Computer Vision & ML Engineer at Qualcomm for 2.5 years and now Iโm a Senior ML Scientist at Prezent. But that growth didn't come from being โsmart.โ It came from showing up consistently, learning from every mistake, and asking for help when I needed it. ๐ก If you're just starting or even thinking about switching into AI, ML, or Data Science, and you're not sure where to begin. I get it. Iโve been there. And youโre not alone. One thing that really helps? Learning the right way with the right support. Thatโs why I recommend Bosscoder Academy, a platform that actually guides you step by step. ๐ Checkout here: https://bit.ly/3HdHKBB Hereโs why they stand out: โ Clear roadmap to become job-ready in Data Science & AI โ Mentorship from top professionals at Google, Amazon, and Microsoft โ Live classes, real projects, and a like-minded learning community โ Placement support that actually works You donโt have to figure it all out by yourself. Just take the first step. #machinelearning #Datascience #brandpatnership #advertisement

Weโve seen eco-friendly initiatives that look good in press releases but donโt actually make it to the consumer experience. This one did. Swiggy in partnership with Zerocircle just rolled out limited-edition delivery boxes made from seaweed-based packaging. Not paper. Not recycled plastic. Seaweed. The kind that decomposes in oceans without harming marine life. No preachy campaigns. Just your burger arriving in something that doesnโt harm the planet. Thatโs how you normalize sustainability: By making it invisible to the user, but impactful where it counts. #Swiggy #ZeroCircle #SustainablePackaging
Donโt Go to Data Science Interviews Without Theseโฆ Lessons from 50+ Data Science Interview Rounds: 1) ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ค๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐๐: -What business problem did it solve? (KPI impact, success metrics) -What data did you use? (volume, granularity, sources) -How did you clean and preprocess it? -Which ML models did you try, and why? -What was the final modelโs performance (and how was it evaluated)? -How was it deployed (if it was)? -Your exact role and contributions -Lessons learned or challenges faced 2) ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: -Practice intermediate-to-advanced queries (joins, CTEs, window functions) -Understand query optimization basics -Be ready to talk through your logic step by step -Practice on platforms like LeetCode, StrataScratch, or DataLemur 3) ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: -Know the difference between models and when to use which -Be confident with model evaluation metrics (classification vs regression) -Feature engineering: what, why, and how you did it -Overfitting, underfitting, cross-validation โ explain intuitively -Tools: sklearn, XGBoost, SHAP, etc. 4) ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐): -How do you approach a raw dataset? -What key insights did you uncover in your past work? -Tools used: Pandas, Seaborn/Matplotlib, etc. -Data storytelling skills are a bonus! 5) ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฎ๐ & ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก): -Know the cloud tools you mentioned (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, etc.) -Be able to explain how models were deployed or scheduled (e.g., via Airflow, Docker, Flask APIs) Interviews are tough specially when the competition is for product based companies. So if you are failing in interview than its clear that its a PreP Issue. So,Learning from industry experts is crucial, One platform I highly recommend is Bosscoder Academy which has helped 800+ professionals land offers at top companies Check them here: https://bit.ly/44ERC0U They have helped through: โ Resume building and optimization, LinkedIn optimization, and job switch assistance. โ Structured curriculum (ML, NLP, Python, SQL, Power BI) โ 1:1 guidance from Data Scientists at Google, Samsung, etc. โ Hands-on projects to build a strong portfolio #DataScience #Statistics #CareerTransition #brandpartnership #advertisement #collaboration
Sometimes the best campaigns aren't planned at all. When DJ Amrin first mentioned hearing "STINGGG" in F1 engines, we honestly thought he might be overthinking it. But then Sejal heard it. Then Ms. Amelia. Then Supercar Blondie. Before we knew it, creators and celebrities worldwide were all hearing the same thing we were too scared to admit we noticed. What started as one person's observation became a global conversation that somehow connected our brand to the world's most prestigious racing series. The lesson? Trust your audience's ears. Sometimes they catch what your strategy missed. #STINGGG #F1SoundsLikeSting
Sometimes, the best way to get noticed is to leave something out. Thatโs what struck me about the Motorola Razr 60 campaign - billboards with just an empty silhouette, no phone in sight. It made me stop, stare, and wonder, โWhatโs missing?โ And then the internet exploded: viral videos of Bollywood icons being whisked away, meme pages in overdrive, everyone playing detective. Turns out, it was all a masterstroke by Flipkart and Motorola. A campaign that didnโt just launch a phone, it launched a national conversation. This is what happens when you trust the power of curiosity and storytelling. #DangerouslyCool #MotorolaRazr60OnFlipkart #Stunt #Marketing #OOHInnovation #Ad
- You got into Qualcomm just because you are From IISc. - You got into IISc just because you got rank in GATE. This is the response I got when I shared my resume in one of my post. People look for reasons why you are simply 'lucky' to be where you are. On the other hand, they absolutely deserve everything they have achieved. They will not be there when you - get rejected by hundreds of companies, - away from all social media for a years - away from all the parties and family events - wake at a 4:00AM and study Most people don't understand that just like money, wins also compound over time. A small win today will lead to a 10 times bigger win in the future. So cherish every win, no matter how small. It all adds up
A few years ago, a friend of mine quit his stable corporate job to build a mental health app. I remember asking him, โAre you sure? What if it doesnโt work?โ He smiled and said, โItโs worth trying. The ecosystem is better now. Even the sarkar is supporting us.โ Fast forward to todayโฆ His startup has a small but solid team, thousands of users, and just bagged seed funding. And heโs not alone. While watching the 11 years of Modi Government content, this one stat stopped me in my tracks: Over 1.6 lakh startups recognised, creating 17.6 lakh+ direct jobs. Thatโs not just policy workingโฆ itโs dreams being made real. Startups are no longer just buzzwords in metro cities. Theyโre reaching small towns, solving grassroots issues, and creating real jobsโฆ all because the Startup India movement made it easier to take that first step. Today, I see less fear and more fire in peopleโs eyes when they talk about building something of their own. That shift? Itโs powerful. And to be honest, it feels good to see governance that fuels ambition. #11YearsOfViksitBharat #StartupIndia #Entrepreneurship #IndiaRising #JobCreators #11YearsOfModiGovernment #PolicyToPeople
This AI tool asked me the majority of questions I was asked in Microsoft, Google, Myntra & NVIDIA. If I had this tool a year ago, I probably wouldnโt have failed the same interviews 3 times. Most of us don't lack skills , we lack direction on what to improve. This tool I found on this jobs platform apna you all would know about. They have a job prep section now where we can take mock interviews with an AI in top companies like Google, Netflix and more so I also thought Iโll give it a try. I interviewed for a SDE role at Tesla and I scored 8/10 in my 3rd attempt. But more than the score, I got something Iโve never gotten from actual interviews: Answers to all the questions as per my profile! We always think that question I could have answered better or added this and this tool gives you that exactly, it tells you what you missed and what you should have added as per your resume which is insane!! The same type of questions big tech asks were asked to me in the mock interview and in the end it also gave me an option to download my personalized cheatsheet. Itโs like having a mentor who doesnโt sugarcoat. This mock interview told me exactly what to work on: - From technical depth to communication. - And thatโs how real growth begins. If you're preparing seriously, this can be your biggest prep tool. Link to practice is in the first comment. Let me know your experience and comment your scores! #Interviewtips #Apna #AIJobPrep #MakeIndiaInterviewReady
โRejected by TCS & IBM those 'NOs' built my YES.โ Back in the early days, I thought getting placed meant following the usual path: Apply โ Interview โ Get selected. But reality hit hard, when I got rejected. It wasnโt because I lacked effort. It was because I lacked direction. But here's the thing: Those rejections forced me to pause and reflect. I asked myself: - Was I just preparing blindly? - Was I building the right kind of projects? - Was I explaining my value in interviews effectively? And the answer was โ I wasnโt. So, I decided to change all this. ๐น I stopped doing generic ML projects. ๐น I started focusing on real-world problem-solving and scalable systems. ๐น I found mentorship that taught me what companies actually look for. Eventually, those early rejections led me to a better opportunity and later, my dream role. If you're facing the same frustration, constant rejections or interview blocks - itโs not a talent issue. Itโs a prep issue. And for working professionals, preparation has to be structured and focused. I personally recommend Bosscoder Academy helpful especially if you're working full-time. ๐ Check them out: https://bit.ly/3ZKIh4d Theyโve helped 800+ professionals switch into top data roles with: โ A curated curriculum for working professionals โ 1:1 mentorship from Data Scientists at MAANG โ Full job switch support (resume, LinkedIn, mock interviews) Rejections arenโt the end. One solid reason to try the BHIM App for your next Swiggy Instamart order? You get โน50 off. Yup, simple as that. Just ordered my usual groceries and along with it came this quirky phone-shaped swipe card. Turned out to be part of a BHIM x Swiggy Instamart collab, and for once, a brand freebie that actually did something. All I had to do was download the BHIM App, use the code BHIM50 at checkout, and boom, โน50 off. Super simple. No long steps, no fine print. Also, not to oversell it, but the appโs interface is surprisingly smooth and the features? Way more than I expected from a payments app. Worth a shot if youโre ordering soon, and hey, who doesnโt like getting rewarded for their groceries? ๐ #BharatKaApnaPaymentsApp
Coming from a Tier 3 college during my BTech, I cleared the ISRO Scientist Exam in 2020. But trust me, it wasnโt easy. The hardest part wasnโt just the syllabus โ It was finding the right resources. No proper guidance. No good test series. No one to tell me what to study and what to skip. It took me weeks โ sometimes months โ just to gather the right material and plan my prep. Thatโs why when I came across GeeksforGeeks Mission ISRO recently, I genuinely felt โ โI wish I had this back then.โ ๐550+ hours of live content ๐ Topic-wise test series ๐Notes, DPPs, documentation for every lecture ๐ Focused for both ECE & CSE students You can check more details here: Mission ISRO ECE : https://gfgcdn.com/tu/VE7/ Mission ISRO โ NIE CSE: https://gfgcdn.com/tu/VE6/ ๐ฅ With the ISRO exam just a few months away, this is the right time to get serious. And if youโre someone starting now โ You donโt need to waste time searching like I did. Itโs all structured. Itโs all there. Now itโs just on you to show up. #ISRO #CSE #ECE #Fresher #hiring #jobs #collab
You wonโt be able to land a job in AI/ML if you make this mistake: When I was making my transition from ECE to Machine Learning, these were the topics I focused on first: 1. Data Analysis & Statistics 2. โ Machine Learning & Deep Learning 3. โ Python (with real use cases) 4. โ 3-4 strong projects on real-world problems If you're not learning these โ honestly, forget about cracking an AI/ML interview. And no, you donโt need to do a certificate from some random coaching. IIT Patna ๐ฅ has launched an AI & ML course โ Where all of this is taught, structured, and delivered by IIT faculty. You can check more details from here: https://lnkd.in/ghEBkR4z This โน99 test opens the same IIT-level doors, Without the fear, without the labels. This resume helped me get interviews from Microsoft, Myntra, Google, NVIDIA... But it didnโt happen in one go. Iโve rebuilt this resume at least 15-20 timesโฆ When I started my job search, my goal was simple: ๐๐ป Get my resume shortlisted & crack a good MNC. But then rejections started coming in; I felt lost At that time, I reached out to several engineers for their tips and: โ Made my resume searchable (ATS-friendly) โ Highlighted impact, not just tasks โ Kept it clean, crisp, and to the point โ Removed fancy designs โ focused on framing my experience correctly. But it took me months to achieve this goal & actually get interviewsโฆ And in those months, I realized โ The job market is REALLY tough; 1000+ people are applying to the same job! So you NEED to put your best foot forward, one solution can help is getting your resume reviewed by a senior engineer (who is really on a hiring panel) You can easily find them here & book a FREE call โ https://lnkd.in/gq_Uc-rM You can pick 1 from 600+ engineers and get end-to-end help with framing your resume, picking a template, creating new projects if needed and even train you to crack your interviews!๐ P.S. If you need my Overleaf editable template. I have added in the first comment or Just drop a DM. Happy to help! #resume #paidpartnerships #resumetips
Last Sunday, I didnโt just attend a funding event. I witnessed a team graduate into a bigger, bolder purpose. At JW Marriott, Stable Money hosted a beautifully thought-out event themed โGraduation Dayโ to announce their โน173 Cr ($20M) Series B funding round. But the celebration wasnโt about the money. It was about maturity. About owning the responsibility that comes with trust. Co-founder Saurabh Jain shared the real behind-the-scenes, the pivots, mistakes, tough calls, and the obsession with simplifying fixed-income investments for Indians. His speech wasnโt rehearsed fluff. It was a lived experience. What also stood out was the incredible scale: ๐ โน3,000+ Cr in Fixed Deposit AUM ๐Indiaโs fastest-growing fixed-income platform ๐And now, a brand-new credit card with 0.5% flat cashback, making rewards simple and predictable. One more unique (and important) thing that theyโre planning to build trust and drive adoption is a physical distribution channel, which impressed me a lot. And then came Kirtan A Shah, CFPยฎโs session. If you were in that room, you know what I mean, it wasnโt just a talk. It was a crash course in long-term investing that made every one of us rethink our own strategy. For someone like me, whoโs used Stable Money personally, this event felt like a full-circle moment. Iโve booked FDs through them. Now Iโve seen the people behind the screens, and I can tell you: they care. Deeply. This wasnโt a product launch. This was a mindset shift. From features to philosophy. From tools to trust. #JustGraduated with Stable Money. And honestly, Iโm proud to be part of this journey.
