Followers don’t matter. What matters is how deeply people connect with you. Not just with your content... But with your mission and with you. Every day, millions come together to change the life of someone they’ve never met. These 17 million people aren't just followers. They're a community. United by a single purpose... Honestly... I hate the word ‘followers.' It sounds passive. Like people are just sitting back and watching. But every one of them is leading change. Driving forward a purpose bigger than themselves. They don't just follow... They create change And I genuinely believe... You won’t find a stronger movement anywhere else. Thank you. Your support is helping millions dream.

You don’t want fame. I used to think it would make my life better. I saw it everywhere… famous people living “the dream.” But it’s a double edged sword. When I was just rich, I had peace. I could go anywhere, do anything, without interruption. Now, I get stopped every five minutes. For photos and a chat. And I’m saying that while genuinely have the best fans. I love hearing dreams. I love helping people. But sometimes, when I’m out having an ice cream with my son. It gets a bit much. People think they know you. And you lose your anonymity. Fame is a Pandora’s box. Once you open it, you can’t close it again. So if you’re chasing fame… you’re chasing the wrong thing. Chase purpose instead. And if fame comes from that… Then it’s worth it.

A mortgage isn’t just a monthly payment. It’s trading 30 years of flexibility while sacrificing your dream. I’ve seen it firsthand. Talented people stuck in careers they hate, declining life changing offers in other cities… All because they “had to make the mortgage payment.” They weren’t free. The “safe” choice became their golden handcuffs. But what if you flipped the equation? What if instead, you built location-independent income… Investing in yourself instead of a liability. The world would open up and you’d be able to take risks. You’d be able to say yes to your dream, even if it’s on the other side of the world. You wouldn’t need to ask the bank for permission to change your life. Freedom should always come first. And you should think long and hard before locking yourself into something that takes 30 years to pay off.
I get a lot of hate for saying this… But you NEED to quit your job. You can’t build a successful business if you don’t. Sure, it can maybe start of as a “side hustle.” But until you give it your FULL attention. You’ll never see how far it can go. Building a business takes everything you’ve got. Burning the bridges is the best thing for you. The real question isn’t “Should I quit my job?” It’s “When?” If you’ve got kids, bills, big responsibilities…I get it. But it shouldn’t be an excuse to not chase your dream. You just need a clear plan to leave. Because the longer you wait… the harder it gets. It will be one of the scariest decisions you make. But that’s why I’ve made a 5 step plan to help you do it. Here’s the 5 step checklist to quit your job: https://lnkd.in/eBHZ_q-N
I’m officially taking on people to mentor. Every day, someone runs up to me like it’s their one big shot. But they don’t ask for money. They don’t even want to be on camera. They just want help. Mentorship. The truth is… I can’t mentor everyone. That’s why I post everything I know online, to help as many people as possible. But it’s still one-to-many. Until now. I’ve built something new. A way to mentor everyone. All at once. I’ve cloned myself, my knowledge, a million times with AI. So whatever you wish you could ask me… Now, you can. Hustle culture lied to you. It told you to shut up, bury your feelings, and just keep grinding. But that only works for so long. You can tolerate doing something you hate for a while… But every day will lead to burnout, health issues, and a life you hate. But with purpose... You don’t need motivation. You want to wake up early. You crave the work, because it actually means something. Distractions become easy to ignore. Hard days will feel more like accomplishments than torture. Your work needs to matter. And not in a sense that you might be able to afford a fancy car if you succeed. It needs to REALLY mean something. When that happens... You'll never "live for the weekend" again. So if life feels heavy right now… You probably don’t need a break. You need a reason. Find your purpose. And watch how easy life becomes.
Dear Banksy, I respect your work. But on this, you’re wrong. Media, whether painted, printed, or filmed, can be one of the most powerful ways to help people. If I didn’t share videos of people’s dreams, the world wouldn’t know how to step in and support them. In fact, most of the people I feature get more help from the community watching my content than from me alone. To say helping the poor must be done silently or without a camera is short-sighted. Yes, performative charity exists… But so does real impact. And documenting it doesn’t erase the good, it multiplies it. People say, “If you’re really helping, don’t film it.” But what if filming it is exactly what inspires others to help too? We film fights. We film pain. Why not film kindness? Because when helping others becomes a trend, everybody wins. Let’s stop shaming people for sharing good deeds. Let’s start encouraging more people to make them happen. Let’s help people help people by showing what’s possible.

"Be realistic" "Stop telling people to follow impossible dreams" Especially when a young person tells me they want to be a golfer. Or a footballer. But they’re missing the point. When someone says they want to be a pro golfer… I don’t hear “I want to win the Masters.” I hear... “I want to wake up every day doing something I love.” And that is possible.. Even if you never go pro… You can build a life around golf. Film content. Build a brand. Partner with companies. There are people right now getting paid $136,000.... To travel the world and play golf… Because they post about Starbucks. Think about that. Brands with no purpose are desperate for people with purpose. They need storytellers. They need dreamers... And if you build around your dream, they will pay to be part of it. So when people say “it’ll never work”... Consider if the person talking ever chased their dream... Or are they just trying to protect you from the pain they never faced themselves?
I’m shocked how misunderstood home education is. People think I’m sat at home all day teaching my son the alphabet. Just me and him. Indoors. No friends. Complete isolation. Wrong. My son meets more people in a week than I did in school in a year. Different ages. Different cultures. Different conversations. He learns from real people, not just textbooks. He’s not stuck in a class of 30, memorising facts he’ll forget next week. We don’t learn about Stonehenge. We go to Stonehenge. He’s not bullied. Not bored. Not chained to a desk. He learns through interests. Through doing. Through life. If we want to fix education? We need to start supporting the alternatives. People are upset about this. And honestly… I get it. It’s a lovely gesture from Sara and better than what most founders do. But is it really fair… If the people who helped her build the company from day one had equity… They’d be millionaires by now. And Sara would still have close to a billion dollars. That’s more than anyone could ever need. A holiday’s nice. But it’s also the corporate equivalent of pizza on your last day after 20 years of loyalty. A feel-good moment, sure. But also a reminder that fairness was never the intention. And most of the time. The employees work even harder than the founder ever did. But the founder had ownership. And the rest just had… a job. This is something that’s still happening everywhere. And this post isn’t to attack Sara. She did a gesture better than most. But it’s a message that it’s still not enough. And founders should be doing better.
