ENTREPRENEURSHIP During his time at USC, Shamit founded AGL & Associates (formerly known as Abnormal Group LLC). Fueled by a passion to understand business from an employee and consumer perspective, he recognizes that clear analysis from both viewpoints are crucial for operational success and has built a team of 10+ to offer employee engagement and market research services for organizations who have a desire to manage better and sell smarter. EDUCATION Shamit attended the University of Southern California's Global Executive Doctorate in Education program where he is studying soft skills for virtual workers. The purpose of his qualitatively driven dissertation is to serve as the foundation of AGL Institute which will be a platform dedicated to assisting working professionals transition to the new world of remote work by offering training and development of soft skills in a virtual workplace including persuasion, leadership, creativity, project management and more.
