I passionately stayed on top of news about products and initiatives in the ever changing world of technology, and regularly applied this knowledge in my customer interactions. My success was measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall store performance. I'm very proud of my time with Apple, and I draw immense satisfaction from the customers I helped develop lifelong relationships with Apple, as well as the formative impact the company had in my professional development.
