Every single one of us has strengths and I believe it is our human right to use those strengths to contribute toward a cause bigger than ourselves – something beyond simply generating profits. I share in a vision of the world where the vast majority of people wake up inspired, feel safe wherever they are and end the day fulfilled by the work they do. I believe leaders are the ones who can help us move closer toward this vision. So I guide and support leaders of all sorts who intend to put their people and purpose first. Feeling stifled on my own career track, I was struck by Simon Sinek’s vision of a more inspired, safe and fulfilled world. I was the fourth person to join Simon's team in 2011 to co-host the Start With Why podcast and answer fan email. Over the years, I’ve taken on the roles of Chief of Staff, Lead Igniter & Head of Brand Experience, Training & Development. I've led a global team of speakers and facilitators, helping to ensure our team's culture, products, partnerships and communications authentically reflect our values and beliefs. I’ve also led hundreds of my own keynotes, workshops and team and leadership development programs. I live in Toronto, Canada with my wife and two young kiddos.
