•	Developed the Company’s NET PROMOTER SCORE (NPS) client survey. Gathered client Scores/Comments & created the “Elite Customer Service Strategy.”  
•	Developed the Elite Building Services Human Resource Department, including the hiring of a HR Recruitment Lead & a HR Director.  The creation of the Human Resource Department helped further develop The Company’s “Wellness Initiative” while reducing the Company’s HR outsourcing expense by 50%.
•	Revamped the recruitment process for field workers that resulted in a 40% reduction in open positions.
•	Worked with the Operation Managers on developing a Labor Time Management process to reduce weekly overtime expenses.  This focus resulted in a 36% reduction in overtime.
