Kristof started his career at NorthgateArinso, where he got his first taste of HR tech working as a project manager at SAP HR projects. After 4 years he decided to join g-company, the leading BeNeLux Google Partner, where he became a scrum master within the GCP team and delivered great applications for DPG Media, Solvay and Randstad. in 2017 he decided the time was ready to start his own company, when he co-founded Lab900, a software development company that helped organizations to create software solutions, based on agile and UX principles. One of those products was huapii, a talent platform to give career ownership to employees. As more and more customers decided to go for huapii, Kristof decided to make the move and became part of the huapii founding team!
