With 15+ years’ experience building customer-centric products and infrastructure for SMB-focused SaaS-based company – GoDaddy. Most recently, I built and managed (> 5 years) a team of 15 engineers to ensure quality for all products in GoDaddy’s Presence department, helping launch and grow (double-digit growth/year in a fiercely competitive space) DIY website builder product in several markets: US and international. In various roles (at GoDaddy), drove results by focusing on: * innovation (via Hackathons) - my team created the first & only mobile phone test-lab in the company, and * Data-analysis to increase NPS by eliminating critical UX, performance, and functional issues. * Cross-team collaboration to achieve overarching goals. * Experimentation like A/B tests to move the needle for the right metrics. * External and internal (sales team) customers to build a product roadmap and prioritize features. As a startup founder, I started and ran multiple entrepreneurial ventures during past few years with successful exits. I created a cashback SaaS product to increase restaurant catering sales. I also headed real-estate selection, negotiations, construction, financing, and ongoing P&L activities - operations, marketing, and HR. Implemented online marketing strategies to grow the franchise (restaurant space) 26% YoY (over 300% B2B catering sales).
