     	Prompt payment is received. 
Assisting with invoicing and ad hoc manual invoicing when required.
Cross verification of new account Via call / visit at customer home.

Extend utmost support to sales team in order to reach the units sales target.
Conduct market researches &amp; analysis and come up with appropriate recommendation and action plans.
Have close insight on demand planning and supply chain activities affecting this business unit.
Report to manager for daily/Weekly/Monthly activities.
Monitor the activities of competitors (SKU/Price/marketing).
Regular market survey &amp; visit.
Strengthen dealer and distributor relationship.

Maintain good contact &amp; usual follow up with HQ &amp; factories for distributor&#39;s issues (new models, dropped models, price issues, discounts,).
Follow up on payment issues from Dealer side
Market visits on regular basis; keep updated with the market, our position, competitor&#39;s activities and any new products, market reports, market price study.
Check orders &amp; sales for each month, check shipment status on the system with factory.
Update moving plan for each quarter &amp; make adjustments on monthly basis according to market.
