I’m looking for entirely new career direction. I might not (yet!) have been a Scrum Master, but i I've exercised the values of empiricism and being servant leader throughout my entire career. I possess unique skills that are needed in this role and have used them successfully in other roles in my life. I'm so much more than "just a musician". I am or have been a manager, leader, negotiator, mediator, coach, analyst/researcher, tester, investigator... Just a glimpse at the skills I've developed consequently throughout the years of study, work and life: • managing various Polish and international teams of up to 60 people in German, English and Polish language • leading role in an international, multicultural environment among people with various backgrounds • very strong interpersonal and training skills • very strong analytical and organizational skills • talent for conceptual and true lateral thinking • inductive, deductive and agile ("scrum") thinking (yes, all at once!) • ability to understand “the bigger picture” first and improve it by focusing on the important details • exceptional public performance and stress management skills • ability to learn new things quickly and self-drive to perform best way possible • an open-minded, positive attitude in life and at work. I have explorer’s mind and cooperative yet independent approach. I'm truly agile, creative, and self-driven plus easily adjusting.
