Almost 22th Years gone I was started my practical learning with Cosmo computers Peshawar as an intern since 2001, then with 3years experience I have left as a System Engineer and then I have started my professional journey on June 2004 with Mobilink as a Resident Engineer at Peshawar Mobilink Head office on behalf of Multilynx System and networks Lahore. According to my job responsibilities and experience management assigned challenging tasks for troubleshooting resolutions escalations and implementation with an specific timeline. Due to highly organized and efficient, with a proud work ethic. Reliable, dependable and conscious of duties and responsibilities management moved me to ISB Head office as a Member of Remote Desktop support team for remotely support through desktop sharing sessions and on call support/ resolution for South Mobilink Users. The time ended with March 2015 when IT support Project goes to IBM so once again I have moved to North2 KPK as a IT In-charge for site and remote locations support monitoring for primary offices with switch rooms and Business partners issues with timely response and by HP Service Center Manager for daily logged tickets and timely updates and response to user for each query physically and remotely through Ms. Teams and video call. Back-end applications account base and network outage troubleshooting and escalation to relevant Level2 teams with strong follow-ups till resolution/guidelines. Also part time working with Social media management organization for Content,SEO,self-branding, self business for New and Used imported Laptops with relevant accessories and reliable repairing.
