(Helping Other People Evolve) approach to developing salespeople is creating a new type of professional who connects with their customers in such a deep way that sales opportunities are meaningful and fun interactions. The 5D (Design, Discipline, Decisiveness, Determination, Destiny) approach I use to help people develop not only a career road map for success, but a real-life plan that ensures a life lived fully and with deep purpose. Another method I use to help my people create their desired realities is by each of them having a Partner In Climb (PIC). This partner helps them remain accountable, and like a navigator to the captain, the PIC helps them to make small moves to ensure their course remains true and the desired outcome is attained. I love who I am and what I do. I believe in people and their ability to evolve and to become the best version of themselves. I am grateful to be a part of this process.
