I have over 18 years of experience in delivering complex and high-profile projects, ranging from station upgrades and road and rail bridges to major infrastructure and large-scale building projects. I draw on my extensive experience to identify critical project drivers and risk factors, and then focus on proactively managing these areas. By giving critical path and high-risk elements my undivided focus I ensure that the project continues to build momentum and achieve its important milestones. I have a reputation as the person to turn to when a project faces significant challenges that seem insurmountable.
