I am a successful leader who makes myself available to others. My main passions involve utilizing my experience to drive process improvement, solve problems, and support those around me. A strong desire to learn from every situation, (including my mistakes) has given me the technical expertise which I have honed over the years. While I am viewed as a subject matter expert among my peers and help solve complex problems, I strive for simplification. I have built a successful career around mentoring, coaching, consulting, troubleshooting, problem solving, and providing exceptional solutions. I develop lasting partnerships by seeking to understand, recommending appropriate resources and technology, and helping lead sustainable success. I am transparent, straightforward, and yet tactful in my communication. I believe in being respecting everyone from the janitor to the CEO. I am an entrepreneur at heart who thrives in an environment where I am empowered to think like an owner and given the freedom to use my skills to better the business. My fascination with asking basic questions enables me to recommend the best solutions, and streamline the most efficient and effective processes. While I can work independently, my philosophy is that teamwork is the foundation of any successful business.
