I am a servant-leader who makes myself available to others. My main passions are around utilizing my experience as a professional to drive process improvement, solve problems, and support those around me. Continued training and education, along with the desire to learn from every situation, (including my mistakes) has given me the technical expertise which I have honed over the years. While I am viewed as a subject matter expert among my peers and can solve complex problems, I strive for simplification. I have built a successful career around teaching, coaching, consulting, troubleshooting, problem solving, and providing exceptional solutions. I develop lasting partnerships by seeking to understand, recommending appropriate resources and technology, and helping lead sustainable success. I am transparent, straightforward, and yet tactful in my communication, and respect everyone from the janitor to the CEO. I am an entrepreneur at heart who thrives in an environment where I am empowered to think like an owner and given the freedom to use my skills to better the business. My fascination with asking the basic questions has enabled me to recommend the best solutions, and streamline and develop more efficient and effective processes. While I can work independently, my philosophy is that teamwork is the foundation of any successful business. I strongly believe that everyone should intentionally surround themselves with the proper people and be open to new ideas / ways of thinking. Only then will achieve excellence.
