Hey there! I’m a serial entrepreneur with 3 exits under my belt. 

I’m currently working on Kubegrade, a Kubernetes cluster upgrade tool.

Through all my ventures the key to success has always been to bring maximum value to my clients and building long lasting relationships. 

My passion for client success is equally matched with my love for travel and extreme sports. 

You can find me playing chess, riding motorcycles, diving or kitesurfing the beautiful beaches of Southeast Asia.

I worked remotely from my parents' cottage in the French mountains for 4 weeks.

It wasn't supposed to be possible.

They live in the middle of nowhere. No internet. Just mountains, silence, and my childhood memories.

For years, I accepted that visiting meant disconnecting from work. One week max, then back to the grind.

But after exiting my startup in the Philippines and transitioning to coaching founders, everything changed.

Remote work gave me something I'd lost: time with family without sacrificing productivity.

Here's what I did:
• Bought them Starlink (200MB speeds in the mountains!)
• Set up a proper workspace with portable LED lights
• Brought an extra monitor for deep work sessions

The result? 4 weeks of focused work while having dinner with my parents every night.

But here's what really matters for remote teams:

Culture isn't built in offices. It's built through intentional connection.
