Think I'm going to start a private Founders/CEOs Group to deep dive into some things I’ve been studying lately. What if the biggest obstacle to your growth isn’t strategy or execution—but your own beliefs? A few weeks ago, I shared the five stages a founder of a business is most likely to go through if they plan to have someone succeed and take over the business. As I continue refining the Founders Growth Framework, I’m now focusing on something just as critical—mindset shifts. Through coaching sessions and conversations with founders and CEOs, I’ve noticed recurring beliefs and assumptions that feel true in the moment but often hold leaders back from scaling their businesses. For example: 👉 “If I want it done right, I have to do it myself.” 👉 “More clients mean more success.” 👉 “I need funding before I can grow.” These “Sacred Cows” shape decision-making, but the reality is often different. To grow, founders must embrace new ways of thinking, acting, and leading—shifting their perspective to unlock real progress.           How do you lead when everything feels out of control? That’s the exact question I found myself wrestling with a few years ago while preparing a leadership module for a client.
