I strive to help people be at their most effective state. This is my “WHY” for everything I do – to help people be at their most effective state. This concept fuels my passion in all areas – my views on leadership, change management, technology, business, company HR policies, healthcare, and so much more. How I live out my why today is by helping businesses realize their most effective states through training their people, improving their processes, enhancing their systems, and refining their success measurements. What I do is help people in the NetSuite ecosystem as the Director of Professional Services at Blu Banyan . NetSuite is an incredible cloud ERP that gives great control and flexibility to businesses to run more effectively. At Blu Banyan, we customize the NetSuite platform to meet the unique challenges facing each business and help automate to reduce process friction. I believe that part of helping people be at their most effective state is leadership, training, and coaching others. I have become very passionate about these topics and that is a bulk of what I share, comment on, and like on LinkedIn. With the leadership side, I believe that a positive culture, both of a team and an entire organization, is incredibly important. When people do not feel trusted, they won't feel safe, and they will act in silos around their teams or themselves (paraphrase from Simon Sinek). Finally, I believe that to help people be at their most effective state, I myself must be striving to be at my own most effective state. I strive to do this through counseling to work through my own baggage I bring to interactions; through reading and listening to great speakers like Brene Brown, Simon Sinek, Kristen Hadeed, Carla Harris, Craig Groeschel, and many others; and by networking and interacting with great thought leaders here on LinkedIn.
