YellowX has designed and run programs for UC Berkeley, Stanford, MIT Enterprise Forum, Draper University, United Nations, Bill-Melinda Gates Foundation, and many others.

Achievements:
-helped a startup turn a 50$/month digital product into a 1000$/month product without zero investment with a 3-hour session.
-helped a 1-year-old startup make its first sales and passed 1000$ MRR with the first potential customer sales interview.
-run two teams for two different spinoff projects in YellowX, generated revenue in under six months, and got proposals from potential investors.

Business Operations Manager

Sorti Kimya

Sorti Kimya is provider of commercial cleaning and hygiene products and solutions. I am working as a Business Development Specialist; reporting directly to CEO.

-Online sales channels were established. I am responsible to design company D2c sales web page, decide product prices and promotions, run social media accounts and all internet marketing activities (including SEO). Under 6 months, 6 figure revenue goal was achieved. Less than a year, we have reached 7 figure revenue.
-To reach home use segment, local shops segment was created. I am responsible to find distributors and local shops, hire and manage sales team, decide product offers and organize campaigns. After 2 years, 25 different products are sold through more than 500 local shops. 
-To deepen B2b market dominance, sub-segments of HORECA market is targeted. I have organized a sales and marketing plan for laundries in southern Turkey. More than 20 accounts acquired from global competitors.

Business Development Specialist

I was responsible for achieving cost savings, facilitating risk discussions and cost of goods management. 

Achievements:
-cost of manufactured goods decreased average 5% every year.
-short term cash need decreased from 150 days to 30 days by negotiations, new suppliers and banking professionals. 
-inventory level decreased to 2 days from 65 days.
-Lean Manufacturing processes started. Number of employees for shift decreased 75%.
-Led a team of 8 people from finance, operations, sales and manufacturing.

Business Support Analyst

I was responsible for manufacturing scheduling. 

Achievements:
-average production time for 1 bottle decreased to 1.2 minutes from 10 minutes.
-production capacity increased nearly 900% with zero investment.

Factory Director

I was responsible to analyze competitors' product and offer products changes. 

Achievements:
-number of products increased from 40 to 200.
-product recalls decreased to 0.
-costs of manufactured products decreased 9% in average by creating new formulations.

Product Development Specialist

CAPSULENCE (acquired by British Investors)

With start of COVID-19, I have started a project. CAPSULENCE is a smart sanitation data company using UVC lights, AI and cloud systems.

Achievements:
-UVC based sanitation device parts were outsourced from China, signed contract with local technical company to assemble goods. All production was outsourced.
-Data collection boards and apps running on cloud were outsourced to engineers from USA. 
-The cost of the product was 5 times less than the lowest priced competitor's retail price.
-Local sales team were hired to reach businesses. First sales contract was signed just in 2 hours.
-Total investment was 10 000 USD (including my own time)
-Financial analysis and projections were prepared for potential investors and VCs.
-Project ended by a 6 figure exit.

Founder

 Nano Diamond Polymers (terminated)

This company was founded by the professors whom I worked for during my university education. 

Achievements:
-total production capacity increased to 10 kg/day from 0,1 kg/day
-managed new contracts with suppliers from Germany and China that helped us to decrease costs 20%
-transportation costs of goods decreased 8% 
-I have reached 2 new clients from Fortune 500 made contract with 7 figures.

Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University

During my university education, I worked to find cheaper ways for Diamond Synthesis.
