Senior Support for ASI Broadband Network Operations provided and hosted weekly network health reporting calls as well as post mortem and corrective path forward for chronic and repeat network impacting outages.  Ensured outage summary reports were precise and outlined path forward for business units. Additionally, ensured change management activity was properly outlined and approved for Business Units.  Tracked spare cards and RMA process.
