I hold an Executive MBA (Berkeley EPM) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. In my current role, I am focused on building the Ceratizit brand in the Asia Pacific region by driving best-in-class solutions, developing strategies, and overseeing business development with engineering support. In my previous role as Business Head at Norgren, I led the India business for Adaptix product sales. I managed and controlled the profit and loss (P&L) statement, developed and implemented local strategies, and executed marketing plans to achieve business objectives. I also leverage my expertise in manufacturing operations, technology, and engineering to ensure that quality systems and measurements are maintained. Additionally, I am skilled in manufacturing 2D and 3D parts using CAD/CAM systems and CNC machines.
