One mindset that imposter syndrome hates. 

This one belief will change your entire business.

Imposter syndrome is real 
and it is cruel also.

this is the main obstacle that hinders our growth.

the never-ending self-doubts literally kill our confidence.

What happens then?

- Don’t know how to escape from this.
- Fear of seeking opportunities.
- Trapped in the learning loop
- Anxious while sales calls
- Hesitate to practice
- No progress


To get out of this hell, 

You can use this simple mindset shift.

Believe in yourself and affirm;


‘I am the best in my skills.'

Or 

‘I am becoming the best in my skills’


This will reprogram your brain.

And at the same time, upskill yourself;

Show the real evidence to ‘substantiate’ that belief.

(Because without some logical evidence, 
our conscious mind won’t pass any 
information to our subconscious mind.)

After some days, your subconscious mind will believe it.

You’ll get the inner confidence
to knock on the door for the opportunities.

But it's just the beginning.

Because sometimes,

Its a quote about overcoming the imposter syndrome.

Yesterday I did something.

Something that old Vishnu wouldn't have done.

Yesterday I was busy with some unexpected tasks,

So, I couldn’t post at my usual time.

Yeah. 

I missed my Shubh muhurta of 10.12 AM.

the time most of my LinkedIn friends are active 
and my high engagement time.


But...


Last week, I made a commitment to post consistently.

It wasn’t just a decision; it was a promise to myself.

But I would have broken it yesterday.


“How could I break the promise I made to myself?”

This question has started to irritate me
when I got back home.

So, I decided to post.

The same content that I had planned to share in the morning.

In the evening, after 6 PM, I posted it.

I was damn sure that; evening wasn’t my optimal time.
 
As expected, the post received fewer impressions.
 
However, despite this, I felt happy.

Because what mattered most to me at that moment was keeping my PROMISE.

The promise I made to MYSELF.

I may receive more likes and comments on my future posts,

but breaking this promise would have cost me my self-esteem, 

leading to regret.

So, now I’m happy. 

I’m happy for my decision.

Because;


I haven’t broken my Consistency.
I haven’t broken my promise. 
 

Always keep your promises, 
especially the ones you made to yourself.
 


I finished this post at 10.12 PM.
(What an Irony, isn’t it?)

“You’ve to connect with them”.

Most repeated LinkedIn tip after

‘Be consistent and authentic’. 

But how to do that?

I’m going to reveal that.
“Don’t say it to anybody”

It is not a 5-step process 
or even a 2-step process.

It only needs ONE step.
One strategic tactic.
 
📌 “Be in their shoes”

Yeah. You heard right.

You put yourself in their situation.

Assume that your target audience is Coaches.

Then Imagine;

▪ How will you feel if you don’t know content creation?
▪ How will you feel if you don’t have a brand voice?
▪ How will you feel when your future is uncertain?
▪ How will you feel if you don’t have any sales?
▪ How will you feel if are not getting leads? 

And also write what are your desires.

Write all of that.

And make content addressing those pains & desires,
related to how YOUR skill helps them.

This is how you make a connection with your target audience.

Now you’ve got a piece of great information.

So, why delay?

Start using it in your upcoming posts.

And like I said before don’t TELL this to anyone,

but people don't follow this advice in life.
 
People love to talk idealistically, but YOU gotta be PRACTICAL.

I’ve nothing special to share today. BUT.
 
I want to remind you of what truly matters most - Family.
 
Don’t forget that in the name of career growth.
Find some time to spend with them.
 
- Hang out with them weekly
- Have a daily meaningful conversation
- Have at least one meal together daily
- Plan a fun family trip or outing, monthly
- Watch a movie or show together on TV
 
At the end of the day, your family is always there for you, no matter what.
Don't forget about them because of your busy life.

 It was my first attempt at posting a carousel.

I thought it was simply adding photos in the order,
 same as Instagram.
 

So, I posted the photos in the right sequence.
 
Felt accomplished.
 

“Yes. I’ve posted my first carousel post”
My mind proudly said.
 

However, I didn’t check it after posting.
I started to engage with others’ posts. 
 

I was on my LinkedIn honeymoon period,
so no one had seen it, at that moment.
 

After some time, I checked the post 
to see whether I got any likes or comments.
                                                                                                                                    
That's when I realized, 

“I’ve messed it up”.
 


I felt as if lightning had struck directly above me.
 
 
My heart started to beat so fast. 

‘Where did it learn to play drum so quickly?’
 
Anxiousness was at its peak.
 


I deleted that within a fraction of a second.
 

And I went to YouTube and Searched-
 ‘how to post carousels on LinkedIn’,
opting for shorts as each second felt like an hour.
 
 
After grabbing that ultimate wisdom,
I posted it correctly.
 


But this story had an ANTI-CLIMAX.
 


The WORST one.
 

I had also shared it in a Group.
(My bad)
 

Imagine how nervous a newcomer to LinkedIn must have felt,
making such a silly and foolish mistake.
 


Suddenly I made it disappear from that group as well.
(Luckily again, no one had seen that).
 


If someone had seen that,
that would be the most embarrassing LI moment.
 

Even now, whenever I think about sharing a carousel,
this will come to my mind.
 

This is the funniest mistake I’ve ever made on LinkedIn.
 

Now what?

"My efforts are meaningless"

Sometimes I feel this way.

In those moments, 
I won't allow my mind to be 
tuned to a 'Negativity' FM Radio.


 Instead, 

I cleanse my mind by:

🔻Sitting alone in my room, reading.
🔺 (ultimate FOCUS)


🔻Riding my bike solo through villages. 
🔺 (I just LOVE this)


🔻Immerse myself in 30 minutes of Meditation.
🔺 (a wonderful ME time)


🔻Sipping a cup of coffee alone at my favourite cafe. 
🔺 (BEST moments)



These experiences give me:

🔹 More focus.
🔹 More alone time.
🔹 Enhanced Clarity.
🔹 More Self-awareness.


This helps me to reset my mind.


To freshen up your body and soul,
You need some ALONE time, daily.


And don’t allow your mind immerse in negative talks.

Even now people are fearful about AI.
