With a background in social science and political science, Waleed has a keen interest in business development, innovation, and client service. He manages multiple businesses simultaneously, including his family's security agency, where he serves as the chief of staff. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with fellow laundry professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs and fostering a culture of creative thinking and problem-solving.
