West Desaru Reservoir Development and Study team
1. Pre-development
   - Part of the development study team to deliver milestone review processes until well delivery. 
     History matching and assessment study towards the field to search for new well drilling  
     opportunity based on historical production performance data.
   - Using deterministic and experimental design approaches to study the field connectivity, 
      volume, properties to better match the field historical data.
   - 2 reservoir models, waterflood reservoir and natural depletion reservoir. Involve in big loop 
     cycle, with static model, to better match the model dynamically. 
2. Drilling stage
   - Part of the monitoring team during well drilling stage. 
3. Post development
   - Conduct Pressure Transient Analysis for 2 new drilled wells, drive the well and reservoir performance discussion, multilayer PTA approach, skin damage, reservoir pressure, boundary and permeability.   
   - Build single well radial models for well performance and wellbore assessment study
4. Annual Reserve Reporting coordinator for PM304 block
   - Appointed as the coordinator for 2017 to liaise with PETRONAS. Proficient in reserve 
     definition in accordance to PRMS and PETRONAS guideline.

West Desaru Field, PM304

1. Production/Reservoir Surveillance
    - Optimizing waterflood pattern while maintaining production within GOR limit
    - Conducted waterflood pattern balancing using Voidage Replacement Ratio (VRR) analysis
    - Deliver production target abide with FDP and GOR limit.
    - Assist in setting up connection between onshore and offshore server; real time production 
      surveillance system from DCS, offshore/onshore (Yokogawa Exxaquantum) transmitter tag 
      mapping to to construct analysis & charting dashboard (Schlumberger Avocet, Tableau, 
      Babelfish / P2Energy).
    - Proficient in surveillance tool like OFM, Prosper, Saphir, MBAL, Avocet etc.
    - Validated individual well PROSPER model and monitor well performance (IPR & VLP)
2. Well completion 
   - 2 smart wells completions (with PDHG).
3. Production Enhancement, Well Intervention and Well Integrity
   - Co-supervised well intervention & well integrity program offshore to ensure all subsurface 
     objectives / requirements are achieved in a safely manner.
    - GLVC operation
    - Production logging tool (PLT) to determine the oil and water producing zone, to diagnose 
      well 
      integrity issue with downhole leaking/ annulus build up pressure
    - GLV design 
    - Tracer dilution to gauge against well performance and metering performance
    - Slickline operation: tubing check, drift etc
    - SCSSV rectification, insert valve installation
