Founded the B.R.O.T.H.E.R.H.O.O.D. organization which stands for Brothers Respecting Open Thought Helping Every-Man Realize His Own Original Dream.  This organization started at the University of Pittsburgh under the Pitt Excel umbrella.  The focus of this organization is to provide education, mentorship, life application goals, life coaching, community involvement, and community responsibility ownership to the under-graduate and post graduate members of the University of Pittsburgh's Pitt Excel Program.  

This organization provides an outlet for students to learn about life in the real world and have time to discuss impactful topics that will contribute to their success after the life of academia is finished.  The goal is for the members of this organization to be socially conscious and involved within the communities of that in which they choose to live post-graduation.

Project consulting:
Worked on a consulting project that involves creating a system that allows for all of the company's job descriptions to be up-to-date and follow the guidelines set forth by the government.  This projects had importance because it related to all of the employees from the Managing Directors all the way down to the Package Handlers.  The company was looking to minimize risk and allow for every employee to know what is expected of them while they are within the workplace.

Created a mock system that would house the documents & fulfill the needs of Compensation, Managers, H. R., & VP's

Worked on an Officer Discretionary Pool Project that allowed proper disbursement & tracking of payment adjustments

Analyzed a Geographical Pay Rate Project so that Package Handler's are paid fairly and accordingly

Initiated technology reporting tool that is utilized by community partner, Salvation Army Disaster Services

Created a SharePoint site used to distribute information between 3 different engineering groups and field engineers
