• Executed collaborative initiatives and engaging events in Times Square, Harlem, and Miami, with key industry partners like Magnus, Sony Music Latin, Meta, Linkedin, and the NY International Salsa Congress. 

• Initiated and secured a brand partnership with Google Arts and Culture, resulting in the development of a permanent virtual exhibition that enhanced the global digital presence and appreciation of salsa music's historical significance.

• Produced and curated high-profile exhibitions including partnerships with NY Salsa Congress and Times Square Alliance recognized by NPR, Rolling Stone, and GRAMMY.com

• Directed all artist partnerships, social campaigns, and sponsorships, leading to collaborations with Meta, LinkedIn, Sony Music Latin, and more.

• Founded a music entertainment company, providing booking services, music consultations, brand partnerships, and music production services to upcoming and established artists and organizations.

• Spearheaded music placements for films and TV, demonstrating an acute awareness of content strategy that aligns with audience engagement objectives.

• Developed and managed relationships with leading organizations such as Ozy Media, 300 Entertainment, Atlantic Records, New York Yankees, Brooklyn Nets, Splice, ESPN, Warm Audio, Budweiser, and Lincoln Center, demonstrating skills in identifying new commercial opportunities and overseeing execution, from negotiation to launch. 

• Produced and placed music for various projects with artists such as Bruno Mars, French Montana, Kanye West, Nas, Chinx, Albanian Superstar Dafina Zeqiri, Havoc, Tito Puente Jr., and Karina Pasian.

Warner Bros. Discovery Access Programs

The six selected participants, Mjeema Pickett, Tiffany Gouché, A.D. Johnson, Matthew Wang, Nikki Marshall and Willy Rodriguez, will participate in a curriculum developed by an advisory board of music supervisors Paul Broucek, President of Music, Warner Bros. Pictures; Bronwyn Savasta, SVP, Music, Warner Bros. Television; and Evyen Klean, Founder, Neophonic.

The cohort will learn about production, IP management, publishing, soundtracks, deal negotiation in addition to music masters, record labels, research, clearance and licensing. The program will also allow participants to gain hands-on training in an experience that will assist in their future career goals in entertainment. After completing a string of Masterclasses, the cohort will be able to shadow a WBD music supervisor on a show or feature, through a partnership with HBO, HBO Max, WBTV and Warner Bros. Pictures.

Music Supervisor Trainee

- Strategically managed the fulfillment of WWE Network's live programming strategies for high-profile events, including WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and Royal Rumble, reaching over 1 million viewers. 
 
- Oversaw and coordinated the day-to-day programming and promo planning of a 24-hour broadcast log using Broadway and Wide Orbit software.  

- Supervised the scheduling and execution of promotions, cross-promotions, IDs, snipes, and commercial inventory to ensure seamless content delivery.  

- Successfully uploaded and maintained Monday Night Raw and other video-on-demand assets on the WWE Network, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.  

- Entered and managed metadata in SIMS inventory program to optimize asset organization and accessibility.  

- Proactively resolved programming issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring high-quality viewer experiences. 

- Managed inventory requests for WWE Network promos, graphics, and snipes to support dynamic and engaging on-air content.

Tito Puente Jr Enterprises

•	Schedule and coordinate events/concerts within the New York Tri-State area.
•	Interfaced with sound engineers, production manager, and promoters to ensure readiness.
•	Direct an orchestra comprised of 12 professional musicians.
•	Lead rehearsals; allocate orchestra budget; plan hotel accommodations, food, and travel details.

• Assisted in preparing Jacob Javits Center for auditions. 
• Registered contestants and worked closely with producers and production team.  
• Assisted in the Production Office trouble shooting, problem solving and handling any situation that came up for the production team.
• Worked with panel judges by helping them sort through talent and make sure all paperwork was filled out properly.

CNBC (NBC Universal)

- Strategically planned, scheduled, and managed all on-air promotions using Gripit and Orion VCI software, ensuring effective placement during key time slots. 
 
- Designed and implemented schedules for snipes and crawls aired during weekend and prime-time programming to enhance viewer engagement.
  
- Coordinated and optimized all promotional content for CNBC World using On-Air Sintec software. 
 
- Rotated and maintained live HD panels and CNBC.com flashy promotions, ensuring consistent rotation during daytime hours.  

- Proactively resolved conflicts involving snipes, crawls, and on-air promotions in collaboration with the NOC and MOC. 
 
- Managed and distributed promo codes for producers while maintaining organized tracking systems for on-air promotions.  

- Screened original and acquired programming for strategic placement of snipes and crawls, including popular shows such as The Suze Orman Show, American Greed, and Crime Inc.

•	Tracked target audience engagement and other relevant social media analytics.
