I’m a senior operator and business owner with a track record of building systems, scaling teams, and improving performance across a range of industries and company types. Over the past decade, I’ve helped leadership teams solve complex operational challenges — from fixing broken processes to aligning teams for growth. My focus has consistently been on creating leverage: building infrastructure that enables companies to scale without breaking. In 2023, I joined Realauction, a private tech company serving local governments, where I’ve led internal improvements across Customer Service, Project Management, Finance, Sales, and HR. Before that, I ran my own consulting practice, working with boutique firms and lower middle market companies on process optimization, org design, and operational strategy. Clients included two YPO companies and several small businesses in professional services, insurance, F&B, and construction. Earlier in my career at Hertz, I built an on-boarding program that supported rapid team growth — leading to two promotions in under two years. I hold a degree in Information Systems. I’m based in Miami, where I live with my wife, JunZhu Pei, and our dog, Atlas.
