5 things people do that kill their credibility:

What would you add to the list?

Entrepreneurship is not easy. 

• Many late nights & early mornings
• People who depend on you 
• Health issues get in the way 
• You get rejected 100s of times 
• It's lonely and boring most often
• Unexpressed bills come out of nowhere
• You receive hate and criticism for no reason 
• Waiting months & years for your work to pay off
• You sacrifice a lot, not knowing how it will play out.


It can be brutal. 


But who you become in the end makes it all worth it. 


It’s not about collecting trophies. 


It’s about becoming someone you are proud of and would gladly have a beer with. 


Then you’ll find that loneliness and boring work aren’t that bad after all. 


Also, the money, impact, and fulfillment are all by-products. 


When I started my business, I lost my savings, went into debt twice, and felt hopeless a few times. 


After months of hard work, I had €100 to show for… 
That was my reality. 


Well, I learned that how you show up in hard times defines you. 

That’s when you forge your character. 


So, if you are going through a difficult time, remember: 


The universe is simply telling you: This version of you got you so far, let this hardship evolve you into the version that takes you where you want. 


You can’t achieve your goals by being who you are. 
It’s a lost battle. 


You need to upgrade your identity & beliefs. 
Basically, become someone else… 

That’s what I wish I knew at 19 that I know now at 29. 


May I leave you with a few more lessons I learned?  

More than happy to: 


1️⃣ It often takes 3-5 years to get to that one year that changes your life. 

2️⃣ On the other side of rejection, there is the dream life you want.

3️⃣ You can learn something from everyone if you drop your ego. 

4️⃣ Early to bed and early to rise beats any productivity hack 

5️⃣ Critics are proof you’ve left the average.

6️⃣ Today’s “no” funds tomorrow’s “yes.” 

7️⃣ Lessons repeat until they bankrupt you or change you.

8️⃣ You don't have a big following? Great, so many ideal clients don't know you yet.

This is a true story of a client who started with $0. 

And went on to make 8-Figures 7 years later.


He couldn’t afford my coaching back in 2018.


I took 30 minutes to give him my best advice,  what I’d do, and answer his questions.


It was on Facebook Messenger back in the good days.


He took the advice and went to work. 

→ 9 months later, he came back and became a client.


I helped him reach 6 figures, and other mentors helped him go on to 7 and now 8 figures.


A story of someone in their 20s going from nothing to something.


He also inspired me a lot to retire my mom and dad. He did it 2 years earlier. 


I remember when he messaged me 9 months later after my help, saying:

“Xhoni, do you remember when you helped me 9 months ago? Now things are going well, and I want to work with you”.


That taught me quite a lesson:

→ Help your audience in advance without expecting to get anything in return.


That was so valuable to experience and internalize.


Help in advance and genuinely care. It’s a good life and business hack.

I was recently accused of being part of an Engagement group on LinkedIn. 


Not quite accused, but I was hit with the question:
“You are in an engagement pod, aren’t you?” 

Pardon me? 


I’ll disappoint some haters and critics with this one.


You’ll never find my name in any engagement group, pod, or community, ever. 


You are more likely to see a donkey fly. 


What you see is what you get. 

The engagement
The client wins
The struggles
The failures
The ups & downs 


Nothing manufactured, faked, or made up. 


Those I have collaborated with and clients will tell you. 


So, to the critics and haters: Voila, find something else to cry about.
