Yehuda Kohn is an experienced builder of entrepreneurial, client-focused growth businesses. His skill at identifying key organizational challenges and managing teams to devise and implement efficient solutions has been honed over 25 years as a financial service, consulting and coaching professional. Yehuda began his career as a mortgage originator and shortly thereafter launched his own investor-backed venture. After a strong initial growth phase, he foresaw significant industry changes and entered a strategic partnership with Real Estate Mortgage Network. This pioneering relationship leveraged REMN’s existing infrastructure to extend and enhance service offerings, while also capitalizing on cost synergies. In 2005, Yehuda founded Queen Anne Financial, a consulting and coaching firm that has advised growing companies and non-profits in diverse industries on business strategy and operational issues. Fusing his passion for service and mission-driven work with his strong business aptitude and leadership, Yehuda realized his deep desire to invest his professional energy toward giving back to the community and transitioned to the non-profit industry. As an Executive Director/COO with significant leadership experience, seasoned board member, skilled manager, and proven leader, Yehuda works tirelessly to utilize his experience for both for-profit and non-profit organizations operate at the highest professional levels in a fiscally sound manner. Yehuda is a seasoned “operations guy,” simultaneously and seamlessly juggling multiple challenges is his area of expertise. Whether it is budgeting, setting priorities, motivating and empowering employees, improving sales, or collaborating with stakeholders to find the best action plan, he has done it all. A skilled strategist, and an avid problem solver, he constantly seeks to anticipate challenges before they occur while never losing sight of the “big picture.” In addition to professional relationships, Yehuda takes great pride in his ability to forge meaningful personal relationships with co-workers, and stakeholders, and customers to guide systemic growth and development. Yehuda also is active in his community. He has served as a lay leader for numerous institutions, and is currently active on local government committees.
