My life's work revolves around transforming everyday people into highly productive and well-rounded individuals ... deploying processes that enables people/teams find meaning and become aligned with corporate culture & vision. I've excelled in enabling people to find clarity, develop self leadership and empowering individuals to take initiative. Previously, I founded TSC Group, a top rated firm providing ICT services to corporations and government agencies. I was CTO and co-founder at Nocopycats, a revolutionary company that helped institutions across Nigeria enforce originality and curb plagiarism. Around 2010, I delved into software engineering and my experience has led me to start several startups and sit on the advisory board of a number of companies operating across hospitality, healthcare, renewable energy, retail, education and more. The single point of connection across these companies playing in vastly different spaces is how we leverage technology to create/improve their core systems, enabling speed, saving cost, and delivering better value to end users. In 2017, I helped champion a national project helping thousands of young Nigerians re-skill and up-skill, leading to thousands of new jobs and scooping the AVDD national award in the process. In 2020, I helped the German government make massive strides in eradicating poverty in Nigeria through the GIZ Siden Initiative. My work in edtech goes back to 2018, deploying AI to make sense of the Nigerian curriculum and help students retain knowledge, find value in an otherwise uneventful lineup of subjects and extract conceptual knowleedge from it. Everyday, I strive to create meaning and partner with companies looking to create valuable platforms that solve pressing societal issues. My work in tech has led me to impact way more lives than I could have imagined and I am excitedly looking forward to how I can continue to shape humanity, transform lives and help people become better versions of themselves.
