Project Specialist for EU Funded Projects

I joined the Project Development and Management team in August 2020. On behalf of the Turkey Youth Foundation, I develop local, national and international projects, especially Erasmus Plus projects.

In addition, my assignment and responsibilities as a project assistant are as below:
- Developing projects for the ministries and development agencies of the Republic of Turkey in addition to the European Union projects.
- Developing needs analysis and problem analysis for project content and target group.
- To ensure that the projects are high quality, innovative, inclusive, environmentally friendly, and digital.
- To cooperate with the project partners for the development of the project and to determine the distribution of tasks.
- Ensuring the development of KIP and value metrics of projects
- To hold meetings with volunteer and professional staff about the operation and improvement of the project. 
- Developing risk analysis to ensure that the problems that block the process in projects are eliminated. 
- To train volunteer youth workers about Erasmus Plus projects.
- To coordinate the monitoring and evaluation processes of the projects, evaluate the impact results, and prepare the improvement plans. 
- To ensure that the results and benefits achieved have long-term sustainability.
