It feels weird to be a founder.

One minute you feel unstoppable.

The next, you’re questioning everything.

You tell yourself, “I’m going to trust my gut this time.”

And five minutes later, you’re trying to reverse-engineer your own intuition like it’s a math problem.

You say no to something that doesn’t feel aligned…

Then spend the rest of the day wondering if you blew an opportunity.

You feel powerful and exposed at the same time.

Like you’re building something real – but holding it together with duct tape and late-night conviction.

You crave freedom, but no one tells you that freedom is also lonely.

And yet, despite all the doubt, all the second-guessing…

You still wake up and say: “Yeah. I’m doing this anyway.”

That’s what makes you a founder.

Not the revenue. 
Not the logo.

But the decision to show up.

Without a mask, 
without a fallback, 
and still move forward.

It's weird. It's hard.

But it's yours.

Keep going.

You're exactly where you're supposed to be.

Building an online business is DEAD simple

Most people overcomplicate it.

Here’s the recipe: 👇

1. Pick one ICP
2. Find one painful problem
3. Write a one-sentence offer
4. Pick one channel
5. Set daily outreach goals
6. Track metrics (replies, positive responses, booked calls, show rate)
7. Diagnose outreach bottlenecks and improve
8. Write a discovery script
9. Write a pitch
10. Record sales calls
11. Track close rate
12. Track most common objections and come up with ways of handling them.
13. Diagnose sales bottlenecks and improve.
14. Once you’re closing, focus on delivery
15. After 5 clients, systemize with SOPs
16. Hire only for bottlenecks, delegate with docs
17. Add growth channels one at a time

There was one day this week where I worked from 9am → 10pm.

Next day? I was brain dead.

Could barely open up the computer.

The reason I worked so late: I lost a sales call and stress kicked in.

I started working from emotion, not logic.

Looking back, I had exactly this type of reaction multiple times last quarter – and it almost drove me to burn out.

But I finally spotted the pattern: One lost deal ≠ lost game.

Inputs are ours (calls, follow-ups, messages).
Outcomes aren’t (closed deals).

Overworking from stress makes you pay twice:
1. Energy today.
2. Performance tomorrow.

Lesson: don’t confuse motion with progress.

Consistency beats emotional marathons.
