I dropped out of University at 19 to come back at 23. Why?👇 
 
 
 
 
Well, studying law just wasn't my thing: 
 
→ I was getting bad results. 
→ Procrastination was a constant battle. 
→ I lacked interest and motivation. 
 
Deciding to drop out wasn't easy. 
 
Especially at 19 when life's a big question mark. 
 
I had doubts, fears, and everybody seemed to have an opinion. 
 
But you know what? I've always followed my gut. 
 
So, there I was, a 19-year-old dropout heading back to my hometown. 
 
Ideal? Nah, far from it. 
 
I ended up working two tough winters in the countryside. 
 
It was bad. Anyone from my area knows the deal. 
 
Hint: we are the biggest olive oil exporters in the world. 
 
But it taught me something valuable – what I DIDN'T want. 
 
→ I didn't want to work in the fields. 
→ I didn't want to freeze at zero degrees. 
→ I didn't want that as my future. 
 
So, I took stock of my two best skills: 
 
Skill #1: Good English. 
Skill #2:  Good Field hockey player. 
 
And you know what? The internet is a goldmine of opportunities. 
 
After months of hustle, I landed a gig playing hockey for a team in Hong Kong. 
 
Sounds wild, right? It was. 
 
At 21, I touched down in Hong Kong with around 100 bucks in my bank account. 
 
But it turned out to be the best decision ever. 
 
Met incredible people and, when you take a leap, better opportunities tend to follow. 
 
Besides playing for the hockey team, I scored a job with an international company, purchasing tech for them. 
 
But hey, without a diploma, landing top-notch gigs is tough. 
 
So, at 23, I decided to pursue International Business Management. 
 
From 21 to 23, so much happened – too much for just one post. 
 
But the bottom line? At 23, I was studying International Business Management in Belgium, funded by the money I'd saved up from my adventures in Hong Kong and beyond. 
 
Don't stop looking for red cars.  
 
Your next big opportunity might be closer than you think.

How to improve your learning materials?

Using the Bloom's Taxonomy👇 

Here's a brief overview of Bloom's Taxonomy, proposed by educational psychologist Benjamin Bloom in 1956:

𝟭. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Retrieve, recognize, and recall knowledge.

𝟮. 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Construct meaning from messages.

𝟯. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴: Implement procedures.

𝟰. 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴: Break down material and understand its parts.

𝟱. 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Make judgments based on standards.

𝟲. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Form coherent patterns or structures. 

This taxonomy is hierarchical. 

Higher-level learning relies on mastering lower levels first. 

But, you shouldn't always start from the beginning for each new concept. Instead, consider your learners' level.

That Time a $2 Billion Company's E-Learning Nearly Knocked Me Out👇 
 
 
 
 
When I was studying, I had to work to pay my rent and these types of things that are needed to survive. 
 
So while I was juggling books and my working schedule, I encountered a few opportunities to go through this enterprise e-learning program. 
 
Imagine working for a company that’s raking in $2 billion in revenue, and yet, when it comes to e-learning, they might as well be selling sleep aids.  
 
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 ↓ 
 
→ Page after page of monotonous text. 
→ Regulations that made a lawyer yawn. 
→ ‘next’ button that seemed like an endurance test. 
→ my computer screen seemed to apologize for each word I read. 
 
Now, I get it. Not every topic can be interesting.  
 
The proper way to lift boxes or the location of fire exits aren’t exactly what I read about in my free time.  
 
But here’s the thing: even the most boring topic can be engaging with the right touch. 
 
I was surprised. How could a company with such impressive numbers be so... uninspired?  
 
I didn't think further, because I was not in the e-learning world yet. But now... I see it. 
 
So here’s my message to you: you don't need 2 Billion $ to make good e-learning material. 
 
Actually, you need much less.  
 
You just need the right tool and the right people using it.  
 
That's where I come in place, providing you with the right tool to do so.
