Here a little about myself:

- From Estonia
- Born in a bank, grew up in an entrepreneurial family
- Worked in IT since 2006 in various roles, most notably as the 10th employee and 1st sales leader of Veriff (Valued at 1.5B) and Salv.
- User Experience Designer by profession, having built check-in kiosks, mobile, and web applications UI
- Transformed into Sales Leadership and now to LinkedIn Personal Branding Expert and Content Creator
- Built my first business over 16 years ago 
- Lived and worked in 6 countries: the US (New York), Sweden (Stockholm), Spain (Malaga), the UK (St. Helens), Germany (Furtwangen), and Estonia.
- Currently, I am living a nomadic family life with my wife and 2 kids between the south of Spain, Malaga, Fuengirola and Estonia, Tallinn.

My healthy day routine starting at 5am:

5:00 AM: 
I have a glass of water 
Rehydrate my body after sleeping

5:15 AM: 
I go for jogging. 
This will help to boost my energy levels
Improve my mood and kickstart my metabolism for the day

6:00 AM: 
Take a cold shower to help improve circulation 
This boosts my immune system

6:15 AM: 
Prepare a healthy breakfast consisting of protein, whole grains, and fruits
Fuel my body for the day ahead 

7:00 AM: 
Practice mindfulness meditation
Clear my mind and improve my mental well-being
Learn Spanish for 30 minutues

7:30 AM: 
Start my workday with a positive mindset 
Focus on my tasks with undivided attention 
Attention to  what brings most value in the next 10 years

12:00 PM: 
Take a lunch break and choose a balanced meal with vegetables, protein, and complex carbohydrates.

2:00 PM: 
Take a short power nap to recharge my batteries for the rest of the day.

3:00 PM: 
Do stretching to boost my energy levels and improve my flexibility.

7:00 PM: 
Prepare a healthy dinner 
Provide my body with the necessary nutrients
Recover and prepare for a good night's sleep
No work for 3 hours before going to bed

9:00 PM: 
Relax and wind down before bed, read a book
No phone for 1 hours before going to bed

10:00 PM: 
Get a good night's sleep of 7-9 hours
Ensure my body can repair and regenerate for the next day

During the day I drink min 2 liters of water.

I take regular breaks every 45 minutes to maintain a healthy balance. 


Even if this would be my ideal plan, life has its own plans.


You never know when:

- You didn´t planned well

- Kids are not getting dressed on time

- Kids get ill and need to stay at home with you

- There is a traffic jam on the way to school

- The fridge is empty and there is nothing to eat

- You lack healthy meal ideas

- There are rainy days when you don´t feel like working out

- Busy days when you forgot to take breaks 

- You go to bed and the water botter is still full 

- Long evening for a new side project

You realize there is not going to be enough sleep


So instead:

- Have a plan but it's ok when things don´t work out always. 

- Take fewer activities and actually complete them. 

- Even a single step towards your target is progress. 

- And don´t forget to enjoy life in the meantime.

I was born in a bank.

True story.

A maternity hospital and the Estonian Bank used to share a building.

When the taxi driver took us home,

He said that I would become a banker.

I did study Business IT and UX design.

Years later I almost went to work at the same bank.

When they asked in the job interview something unique about myself,

I told the story of how I was born in this building.

We had a good laugh.

I didn't end up in a bank but close, in a fintech.

Years later I had to put together a pitch deck.

We were then just 10 people in a future unicorn.

We applied for Y Combinator (Acceptance rate 3%).

I know our team could make miracles,

But we also had to gain some attention.

As one uniqueness, I wrote on the slides:

“1 executive team member born in a bank”

Thought that would gain attention and be fun.

I shared the pitch deck with our COO.

He was surprised, how did I know,

that he was born in a bank.

We laughed and fine-tuned the pitch.

“2 executive team members were born in a bank

Finance comes with our mother's milk.

We walk the walk and talk the talk.”



The lesson here is that you always have a way:

To stand out
To be different
To start the discussion
To share your uniqueness

1. Pick your “Why” and set your goals.
2. Create a writing habit that's hard to miss.
3. Pick your consistency - time and weekdays.

5. Analyze metrics and experiment a lot.
6. 90% of the time give, 10% of the time ask.
7. Time on the platform correlates with results.
8. Repurpose content after 3-4 months.
9. Spend 75% of the time networking, 25% creating content.
10. Commenting is the secret sauce to growth.
11. Compound activities add up.
12. Find a supportive community.


Not saying it's easy, but it's better to have a plan to start with.

For 487 days I've written content on LinkedIn daily.

It's the longest and most rewarding learning streak I´ve had.

Here is my 9-step plan on how to turn LinkedIn into a revenue engine 👇


1. Define your “Why”

→ What are your goals and needs?
→ What value can it bring to your life?
→ How your life would look if you could change it?


2. Create a plan

→ Define the ideal client profile
→ Define how you want to be known
→ Whose problem are you helping to solve?
→ Create content to solve these problems


3. Start small

→ Make it simple
→ 1 idea at a time
→ Make the 1st post short. 
→ The key is to create a habit.
→ Experiment with topics and formats 
→ Add value and share actionable insights


4. Consistency is a must.

→ 1x a week is not enough
→ Find what works for you
→ Create a recurring activity
→ Compound activities add up


5. Continues learning

→ Don´t overthink
→ Push more “Publish”
→ Find what works
→ Learn & iterate


6. Performance metrics don't lie.

→ Analyze metrics
→ Collect feedback 
→ Do more of what's working 
→ Eliminate what isn´t working 

7. Pick a suitable timing

→ Be present.
→ Don´t post and ghost
→ Dedicate daily 30-60+ minutes
→ Quality content work any time of the day

8. Networking & Engagement

→ Network more than publish
→ Create relationships with influencers
→ Find your supporters and “competitors”
→ Write comments to spark conversation and grow
→ Send out connection requests

9. Find a supportive community.

→ Going alone is hard
→ Find a mentor who has done it

→ Community is the secret to growing fast


The main reason people fail is that they quit too soon.

Aim for 1% better each day and you'll be 37 times better at the end of 12 months.
