I've helped over 150 high achievers transform their physiques, unlock their metabolism, and boost their energy levels. I'm an online health & fitness coach and consultant with a unique journey that’s taken me from Canada to my new home in New Zealand, where I am a national rep athlete. As a high-level athlete, I've learned the value of discipline, dedication, and teamwork. These traits have not only shaped my athletic career but have become the cornerstone of my coaching philosophy. I am constantly pushing to get better every day, and this internal drive helps me to help my clients achieve their full potential, too. Coming from a performance background, I understand what it takes to achieve optimal performance. But I also know the importance of having balance. I used to work out six days/week and spent every waking minute pursuing optimal physical health. This was counterproductive and made it harder for me to achieve the level of health I wanted. It wasn’t sustainable, and it didn’t allow for adequate recovery. So, I set out to develop a system that would allow me—and eventually, others—to maintain elite physical health without sacrificing energy, mental clarity, or time. That’s when I discovered the power of The 1% System. I created a framework that combined the discipline of an athlete with practical, sustainable strategies for high achievers. This system focuses on three core pillars: 1. The Athlete’s Body – Achieving a lean, strong physique without endless hours in the gym. 2. Healthspan – Prioritizing long-term energy and resilience. 3. Performance Nutrition – Fueling for mental clarity and peak performance instead of restrictive diets. As a 6-time national representative athlete, a certified performance nutrition coach, and a certified personal trainer, I have an in-depth understanding of helping high-performing individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals and perform at a high level. With an MSc and BSc degree under my belt, I understand the importance of balancing a busy lifestyle with a healthy body and mind. I’ve helped over 150 clients transform their bodies and overall health within the confines of their time constraints. I’ve helped them lose body fat, transform their sleep quality, improve important biometrics like blood pressure and cholesterol, and improve their strength, stamina, and flexibility.
