In 2018, I got into real estate and thought I could create passive income all on my own. Boy was I wrong... I learned that to generate passive income, you have to work with a team. So I joined one. I'm Brian, Director of Investor Relations at a Houston-based real estate private equity firm with over $500mm of AUM. We’re a rockstar team that's been trusted with over $100mm of capital from investors just like you. I help busy, high-income professionals put their money to work in smart, risk-adjusted real estate investments. My mission is to help others build passive income with real estate to help them leave a legacy they can be proud of. I'm driven by one of my favorite quotes, "cash flow is king, but relationships are gold." We first seek to understand each investor's unique story & goals… then we find cash-flowing investment opportunities that align with their goals. Each month, we invite new members to join our private Investor's Club exclusively for high-income, accredited professionals. If you're interested in joining, follow the link in my "Featured" section. Once you apply, we'll schedule a quick consultation call to see if you're a good fit for our firm. If you're a busy, high-income W2 professional, successful business owner, or someone looking to 1031 exchange your portfolio into a passive position, let's talk! Happy Investing, Brian

Breaking into Multifamily real estate is hard. Most people try to find deals first. Big mistake. Here's why: If the best deal in the world fell in your lap... could you close it? If you were able to close it... could you manage it? People say "find a deal, the money will come!" People say " just hire a 3rd party manager!" This is a recipe for disaster. To be a successful investor, you have to: → Know how to raise capital or find JV partners → Know how to operate the deal & execute the business plan So where is the best place to start? The answer is different for everyone, but you won't find success if: You can't raise capital. You don't learn how to asset manage, OR You don't partner with someone experienced. If you were to start all over again, is capital raising where you would start? P.S - Want to chat about capital raising? Send me a DM so we can chat!

You should be greedy when other's are fearful. As a real estate investor, is now the time to be greedy?

"I'll work this job for 6 months and go get a real job..." I told myself at 16 years old at my first job. I was there for 15 years. Became a Shift Manager after 2 years. Got Operations Manager role after 2 more years. 3 years later, I even became the General Manager. And then Operations Advisor, after 3 more years again. I found lots of success in my corporate career: → Top 10 positioning in system sales out of 400+ locations. → Increased sales growth from <$2M in AUV to $5M+ in 10 years. → Directed leadership team (6+ Managers) on all operational objectives. It was an incredible journey. Lots of great people. Big achievements.. But during 2017, things started to change. I discovered my potential for doing more. Doing things that ignite my passion. My wife and I got married. Just bought our first house. And I started investing in real estate. Yes, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” Was a part of that journey, but… Networking with investors Was the bigger influence on me. Not to mention daily reading And consistent networking. And then, in January of 2020, I talked to my wife about The new year, a fresh start. “What do you think about commercial real estate? There's no better time to do it than now, plus We have a little bit of money saved up. And if we were to lose everything, We’ll just go back to 9-5.” We rolled up our sleeves and got to work. And 2020 - It was the year when things shifted pretty hard: I had a path, I had clarity, I began writing a new page in my career... I started small, gradually scaling up, navigating multifamily acquisitions and capital raising from investors I had built relationships with. We’ve achieved a lot… but we’re just getting started. But most importantly… I finally got: → To do things that make me feel excited, → Create more long-term value for myself, → Do great deals with even greater people. What about 2025? It’s all about growing further: → Being a better father → Being a better leader → Being a better husband → Being a better business partner We’ve finished Q1. Closed a good quarter. Now, new goals, new energy. Let’s get it. What's one 1 win you’ve got in Q1? P.S - We're hosting a Q1 Multifamily Market Update webinar tonight! Sign up using the link in the comments. 👇
