As the Channel Manager I'm responsible for leading strategic development and execution of marketing activities and partner programs for Allegion’s Locksmith and Integrator channels. My team focuses on partnerships of those two channels as well as having direct responsibility for our key systems expansion across all sales channels.

Business Development Consultant

Rolland Safe & Lock

As Rolland’s first Director of Operations there was no previously defined role. However, with my proven track record of growing the Lock Service Delivery business from the ground up and demonstrating my ability to lead new efforts, I was entrusted to deliver results throughout our organization. 

Results were driven by management through these key responsibilities :
► Management of administration staff including, purchasing and customer service, review of activity reports/performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas needing program improvement. 
► Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with Officers, department directors and staff members as necessary. 
► Determine staffing requirements, and hire/train new employees while coordinating with department leads.
► Based on forecasts of customer demand, locate, select, and engage sub-contracting locksmiths and safe technicians to support Rolland’s national customer base throughout the USA.
► Engage the customer when high visibility escalations arise, listening to their issues and effectively solving their situational problems. Then taking necessary steps to research the root issue and implement change to ensure customer satisfaction. This action is performed by collaborating with knowledgeable, result oriented critical thinkers.

Director of Operations

To this point of my tenure the lock portion of the business had grown significantly, so much so we decided break it into 
Lock Services and Safe Services to be managed independently.  

► Maximized operational performance for door hardware Tech Support Analysts (TSA), providing help desk resources and technical advice, prepared work schedules, and assigned specific duties for TSA and key and core prep team.
► Trained staff on door hardware services and product offerings, and served as primary liaison between sales and our call center, managing daily operations to ensure service request demands efficiently fulfilled.

Manager of the Door Hardware Division

Although Rolland had been a Safe company for more than 100 years, it had only been in the Lock side of the business for less than five. Always ready to accept groundbreaking ventures - where there is no path already set - I accepted this opportunity to apply myself more to the administrative side of the service business.

► Managed service events from initiation to completion. 
► Negotiated service pricing with subcontractors and dispatched them for in-field repairs, documented corporate security protocols/relevant processes pertaining to customer expectations in newly created customer service profiles.
► Highlighted issues and solutions to management, mitigating profit loss and missed expectations of customers. 
► Consulted with customers regarding door hardware issues, researched solutions, and gave step-by-step instructions 
to subcontractor on just how to implement our solution in the field.
► Prioritized incoming customer requests by urgency/importance to expedite issue resolution quickly and effectively, while maintaining previously agreed service levels.
