Excitement, nerves, a bit more excitement, more nerves, I feel a little bit sick, but I am also so, so proud.

Today is presentation day. 

The last 6 weeks have been a big, deep, juicy delve into the world of yoghurts. 

We have gone broad, we have gone deep. We have spoken to shed loads of people, about their approach to diet, emotions of food, and how people label themselves. We have done some serious number crunching, and have explored macro and micro trends, all to define what’s next.

I am a huge believer in “what has got you here, will not be the thing that unlocks your next chapter of growth”. And today we are sharing what the commercial focus should be.

Every so often a force of nature comes into your life and changes something at it’s core.

These are people that you are in equal measures inspired by, in awe of, and if you are honest little bit intimidated by.

18 months ago an absolute force catapulted into my life. She has given me hard truths, has held and supported me in pretty bleak moments and continues to inspire me daily. She helps me believe that it is all possible for me. 

The unstoppable force that I speak of is Nicki Murphy. 

Last night we celebrated her 50 + 10. It was an evening filled with laughter, love, and so much female power. 

Every woman in the room had a different story of how they came into her orbit. Some have known her for 35 years, others only a few months. The common theme was how she made each person feel - unstoppable.

So thank you Nikki for last night and for everything you do for me and everyone you meet. I believe that for me at least, you can’t be what you can’t see, and I see the future I want for myself in you. So much love and admiration, you are just getting started. 

p.s sorry for the lack of photo I was having too much fun. 

I love a good reflection and i’ve been thinking a lot about what’s happened in the four years since that first lockdown. 

And fuck me, no wonder I’m knackered.

They say (well someone said once, can’t remember who) that you often overestimate how much can be done in a year and underestimate how much can be achieved in 5. And if the last four bonkers years have anything to go by, then they, whoever they are are probably very right.

Taking this knackered person offline and to the nearest shop to eat all the eggs.

Where you are six months from now, is reflective of what you put in now. Work, life, fitness, relationships- its bang on, the compound effect is real.

But someone please tell me how you do it all at once? I’m in a hugely busy period which I am eternally grateful for, but; exercise- has fallen off a cliff, LinkedIn - I’ve posted maybe twice in the past month, journaling which is everything for my mental health- ummmm I don’t even know where my journal is, relationships- can’t remember the last date night I had. 

What is the panacea? What am I missing? How do it? Help me please!!
