Strategic Sales Manager

As an SDR at CubiCasa, I have generated over $5 million in the sales pipeline, booked and ran 100's of customer demos, closed nationwide enterprise deals, and implemented new systems and processes which have transformed the way our sales team operates. When I started, there were very limited sales processes in place, almost no marketing automation, and zero lead qualification criteria in place to differentiate between MQLs & SQLs. I am a process nerd, so I created my own processes, many of which were approved for implementation. 

Challenges & Achievements: On challenge I've encountered as a salesperson was the ever-increasing volume of inbound signups & meetings, but no way to filter, qualify and prioritize deals. In addition to centralizing communication in the CRM for better sales & marketing alignment with tools like Kixie, I've also piloted & implemented marketing automation technology to empower our sales team with the tools necessary to prioritize the largest & hottest deals.

Working Remotely With Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success: I've worked closely with our marketing & product teams to create better sales & marketing alignment, establish lead qualification criteria, and engineer inbound & outbound sales cadences designed to activate customers faster and reduce friction in the sales process. Average project sizes ranged from $3,500 - $40,000 with many notable clients like Boston Trade (formerly known as Snowhite Hospitality), Associated Rack Corporation, and Signature Brides & Design.

As a local Account Executive, I took appointments from SDRs and presented innovative payment processing solutions to local business owners to save them money on their transaction fees. As a bootstrapped company with zero investors or partners, I scaled the company from $1k per month with a single client to over six figures in 2 years using a combination of inbound content marketing, strategic outreach, and growth-hacking techniques. 
 
Sales Forecasting & Marketing Budget Allocation: I accurately forecasted annual sales projections based on annual historical sales data and sales pipeline forecasts from Freshworks CRM and Freddie AI. While building and validating an effective outreach playbook, I simultaneously created sales training and enablement materials for SDRs and AEs.

Armed with research and a passion for giving customers a better solution for generating leads on LinkedIn without spamming people or tarnishing their reputation in the industry, I developed a truly unique lead generation service with a strong focus on a hands-on relationship-driven approach with very little to reliance on automated messaging solutions. In addition to revolutionizing the B2B lead generation service industry, I developed a unique approach to LinkedIn ads and content marketing by strategically leveraging data which enabled us to reduce wasted marketing spend and achieve a lower cost per lead.
